We definitely experience higher engagement of the audience after redesigns, more target clicks and conversions. For one of the websites we achieved 2 times more clicks on some offers for the calendar month which is great. More stats will be available a bit later as we just finished some of the latest projects.

Saying shortly, yes , they did. Response timing and project management could be valued 10/10, and we appreciate it, because of really high speed of our internal management as well. Deftsoft provided clear SOW for each project, so it was easy to estimate the exact timing of delivery .

Deftsoft is a really impressive team of professionals. They are doing their job like industry experts for a very fair price. Being a startup, we appreciate such an approach because budgets are limited. There is a lead developer that oversees the project who liaises with other developers and designers. There is also a technical lead who further oversees the whole project and costings. Deftsoft was hired to help us with our search engine optimization efforts. They were asked to provide us a full service package whereby they needed to do on-page, off-page white hat SEO. They also did link building, prospecting & outreach, as well as content development as part of this process.

The total number of backlinks generated, the number of guest posts they could secure for us, and the overall lift we could get as a result of their SEO efforts in terms of organic keywords we rank for, and how much organic traffic their work generated.

Yes they were very good at sending me regular reports that I would be able to review with my team and it was all on-time. They even notified when there were holidays and how they would work around them to make sure the work continued on.

From the very start Deftsoft had a clear and concise statement of work listing all deliverables, time frames and milestones. Each milestone must be marked as completed and only then did we progress onto the next stage of development. Excellent way to maintain progression on time with clear communication and understanding. Overall fantastic team who uphold the highest level of service as initially described with workmanship to match.

There was 1 key project manager who made sure all tasks were kept to and any communication was always on time during working hours. An out of hours service was also maintained which is re assuring if working across multiple time zones. Always received a response and full understanding which is very reassuring throughout the project.

They are very responsive in their replies, and I have an account manager assigned to me with whom I have been in touch since we began working together in February 2020.

They are hardworking and willing to serve. As a disclaimer, they are in India and English is a second language to them. However, the introduction of AI has helped them immensely in generating content that is more correct in terms of grammar / syntax / linguistics / how it sounds overall, as well as quality of content or message.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Deftsoft could have done differently?

They're doing a GREAT job for their price point and my budget. With Deftsoft, I now have consistent online content. My budget is modest, so my SEO results are not sufficient to have a real impact - in the sense of my business' ability to generate leads from it. I depend on Google local search results for that. 

However, in today's Internet age, you HAVE TO have an online presence and post content regularly, whether it brings "worldwide recognition" to your company or not, and DeftSoft's services avail me of that online presence. I do want to make clear, once again, that your marketing and reach is as strong as your spending, and our spending is modest. That is NOT a reflection on DeftSoft's GREAT work!
