Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Lynksen joined our team as an embedded product and engineering partner for a US-based AI SaaS product. They worked across AI development, product design, and full-stack development, helping us build and refine AI-powered workflows and integrate LLM functionality into the product. Their team handled UX/UI design, frontend development with React and Next.js, backend development with Node.js, API integrations, and product logic. They also helped turn complex AI outputs into clear, intuitive user experiences and took ownership of key product areas throughout the engagement. Can't also not highlight their excellent and friendly communication that we appreciate a lot.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A six-person Lynksen team helped us close the planned product roadmap on time for a US-based LLM-powered SaaS platform. They contributed across AI development, full-stack engineering, and UX/UI, which allowed us to move several complex product areas forward without splitting the work between multiple vendors. Their team quickly took ownership of AI-powered workflows, LLM integrations, product logic, and user-facing functionality, while keeping the implementation aligned with the broader product roadmap.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Lynksen was very organized throughout the engagement and consistently delivered against the planned roadmap. Their team was able to structure complex AI product work into clear development tasks, prioritize dependencies, and coordinate frontend, backend, UX/UI, and AI development without creating unnecessary bottlenecks. They responded quickly when requirements changed and were proactive in identifying technical or product issues rather than simply waiting for instructions. Communication was direct and efficient, which made it easy for our team to stay aligned while Lynksen handled substantial parts of the LLM-powered product development.

What was your primary form of communication with Lynksen?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was Lynksen’s ability to combine AI product development with strong UX and engineering. They understood how to turn complex LLM workflows into clear user experiences while working across AI development, React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and product logic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lynksen could have done differently?

No.

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Lynksen operated as an embedded design and engineering pod within our delivery team. They mapped out the core user flows, product logic, and key conversion points. They designed and built interface completely from onboarding to the main feature set. Their team handled UX research, UI design, and full-stack development using React, Next.js, and Node.js, ensuring the product was both technically solid and visually sales-ready. Key deliverables included a fully functional MVP, a structured UI component library, optimized user onboarding flow, and a product ready for investor demos.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP Lynksen delivered was ready for real users and investor demos from day one. The onboarding flow our end client tested showed a 38% higher completion rate compared to their previous version. The client present the product to the first enterprise prospects within three weeks of launch, and the visual quality of the interface directly supported the client's fundraising conversations. Investors commented on how credible and mature the product looked at such an early stage.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Lynksen's team ran structured sprints and kept us informed at every stage - no surprises, no missed deadlines. What stood out was that they didn't just execute tasks, they actively flagged potential issues, questioned assumptions and proposed better UX solutions all the time. Easy to work with at every level.

What was your primary form of communication with Lynksen?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We'd say that combination of operational maturity and solid engineering is genuinely hard to find in one team. Despite being a small team, the communication between designers, developers, and the PM was seamless. They functioned as a true white-label partner, fully embedded and indistinguishable from an in-house team in terms of communication and ownership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lynksen could have done differently?

No

  • Handover
• Key deliverables:
  • Figma design system for desktop and mobile
  • Interactive 3D homepage built in Spline where each machine is a clickable object opening a modal with its features, and a swipeable carousel on mobile;
  • Webflow build covering homepage, solutions and projects hubs with detail pages, about us, careers, contact, privacy, terms and a 404 rendered as the empty 3D grid
  • Custom pre-loader and page transitions
  • Multi-step enquiry forms per use case, editable by us after launch without development
  • Webflow CMS for services, projects, job offers and testimonials, with localisation
  • Cookie banner and policy
  • Handover documentation plus walkthroughs

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measures are independent recognition and traffic:

• The site was recognised by five independent juries: an Awwwards Honorable Mention, an FWA Site of the Day, an Orpetron Site of the Day, a feature in the GSAP Showcase, and four awards from CSS Design Awards, where it took Website of the Day plus the UI, UX and Innovation categories with a judges' score of 8.04.
• In the first month after launch, the main product page recorded around 50 thousand views.
• Beyond the numbers, it gave us something we did not have before: a credible way to explain a broad and technical product range to non-technical buyers, and a foundation we can build on as we expand into new markets.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• Their project management was hands-on and personal rather than heavily formalised.
• We had direct access to the designer, the content and CMS lead and the account lead throughout, and questions were usually answered quickly.
• When something was easier to show than to write, they recorded a short video instead of sending a paragraph, which saved both sides a lot of time.
• They responded well to our needs. They tended to present options rather than a single proposal, explained the reasoning behind their recommendations, and asked us for specifics when our feedback was too vague to act on, which we valued more than polite agreement.
• On timing, this was an ambitious project and the schedule flexed as the creative direction took shape.
• For a project of this length, our one suggestion would be a single shared tracker for open points and approvals. We worked across several channels, and that would have kept both sides aligned with less effort.

What was your primary form of communication with Lynksen?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lynksen demonstrated exceptional creative direction from the earliest concept stage, offering strong technical capabilities across the Electro website project. They handled our feedback thoughtfully and maintained a consistently high quality bar throughout development. Their commitment to the work never wavered, even as requirements evolved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lynksen could have done differently?

A more structured approval process between us would have shortened some review cycles on the Electro Website project. We both could have been clearer about decision tracking from the start, but we've already improved this together and it's working better now.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Microsite - Agent-Centric Shopping Experience:
Their designer led the design and user research for an entirely new RV shopping experience built around conversational AI. The hypothesis was that an agent-first, guided approach would reduce friction compared to traditional product catalogs. They designed the full experience, conducted user research, and set up A/B testing frameworks to measure conversion lift (targeting 15%+ improvement in sales lead rate).

Their frontend developer helped build out the responsive microsite experience that works seamlessly across mobile and desktop. The microsite went live with a 50/50 traffic split test, and we're now measuring engagement and conversion metrics to validate the approach and iterate.

Agent Refresh - Core Chat Redesign:
The designer created a complete redesign of our core chat experience—the primary conversion point where website visitors become sales leads. This wasn't just a visual refresh; it was a rethinking of how we guide users through the qualification and lead capture process.

The developer implemented the frontend, bringing the new chat interface and conversion flow to life across our platform.

Key Deliverables:

- Full microsite design and implementation (agent-centric shopping experience)
- A/B testing framework and measurement strategy
- Redesigned core chat interface and lead conversion flow
- Mobile-responsive implementations across both projects
- User research insights and design iterations

The team contributed as true product partners—thinking through trade-offs, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with our PMs and developers to solve problems, not just execute tasks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable Outcomes:

We take a data-driven, iterative approach to product development, so we're actively measuring both projects with A/B tests to validate our hypotheses.

Agent Refresh - Core Chat Redesign:
After one week of testing with a 50/50 traffic split, we're seeing strong early signals:

- Overall conversion lift: +15.2%(Button View → Lead Rate improved from 0.55% to 0.63%)
- Desktop performance: +41.5% lift with 96% statistical confidence - exceeding our 10% improvement hypothesis
- Banner engagement: +29.5% increase in click-through rate (highly significant at >99% confidence)
- Net impact: +30 additional leads in the first week (+17% increase)

The desktop results are statistically significant and we're continuing to monitor mobile performance as we gather more data. The team designed, implemented, and instrumented the full experiment - from hypothesis to measurement framework.

Microsite - Agent-Centric Shopping Experience:
After four weeks of testing, we're still iterating and learning:

- Overall treatment group: +9% conversion lift (0.77% → 0.84%)
- Mobile conversion: +15% improvement
- Strong engagement signals: 12.9% of microsite viewers start conversations (2.4x better than core agent)
- Key learning: High engagement but conversion needs optimization - we've identified where users drop off and are using those insights to inform the next iteration

Both projects demonstrate the team's ability to think like product people - forming hypotheses, designing experiments, measuring outcomes, and using data to drive decisions. They're not just implementing features; they're validating whether those features actually move the business forward.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, Lynsken's team consistently delivered on time and integrated seamlessly into our workflow. What stood out most was their proactive communication style—they didn't wait for problems to escalate. They asked clarifying questions early, surfaced potential issues before they became blockers, and kept the team aligned on priorities.

They operated like true team members rather than external contractors. When timelines shifted or priorities changed (which happens in product development), they adapted quickly and helped us think through trade-offs. They participated actively in planning sessions, provided realistic estimates, and flagged dependencies early so we could plan accordingly.

Their responsiveness was excellent. Whether it was feedback on designs, technical questions, or iteration requests based on A/B test results, they turned things around quickly and thoughtfully. They didn't just implement what was asked—they often suggested better approaches or caught edge cases we hadn't considered.

The collaboration felt natural. They worked directly with our PMs and other designers, contributed to discovery conversations, and helped shape solutions rather than just executing tasks. This made the entire process smoother and more efficient.

Overall, working with Lynsken's team felt like adding internal team members, not managing external contractors. The project management was low-friction and high-trust.

What was your primary form of communication with Lynksen?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What sets Lynsken apart is that they genuinely understand modern product development and the difference between placing someone who can execute versus someone who can think and contribute.

Most staffing companies focus on matching technical skills to job descriptions. Lynsken goes deeper—they find people who fit the empowered product team model. The team members they placed with us don't just write code or push pixels; they participate in discovery, challenge assumptions, suggest better approaches, and think like owners. They're missionaries, not mercenaries.

This matters because it changes the entire dynamic. Instead of managing external contractors, we got true team members who integrated seamlessly and elevated our product conversations. They brought both the hard skills (design, frontend development) and the soft skills (communication, collaboration, proactive problem-solving) that make empowered teams work.

The partnership itself has been low-friction and high-trust. Lynsken clearly vets for both capability and culture fit, which is rare in this space. It feels less like working with a staffing agency and more like having a trusted partner who understands what we're trying to build and sends us people who can genuinely help us get there.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lynksen could have done differently?

Honestly, there haven't been any significant issues. The experience has been smooth from onboarding through delivery.

If I had to offer something constructive, it would be forward-looking: as we continue to scale our product teams, we'd love to see Lynsken maintain this same quality bar. Finding people who truly understand empowered product teams and can contribute at this level isn't easy, so our main "ask" is just consistency.

The partnership has worked well, and we haven't encountered friction points that needed addressing. The team integrated quickly, communicated proactively, and delivered quality work—which is exactly what we needed.
