Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The key deliverable was that the nuggets website sold the services of the business and housed the weekly blog. It was essential that going forward I could upload the blog to the site without assistance. There were in existence 504 blogs approximately and Web Eden was able to load all this material onto the new site, this piece of work was crucial for me to still access for research.

Traffic to the website and feedback on the look and navigation.

The team delivered on time and responded to all my needs, they were incredibly patient when tutoring on how to upload the blog. I felt very supported throughout the whole process especially as it is not an area in my comfort zone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At the online meeting, two members of the team guided me through how to take ownership of the site, they were so calm and patient. The product also is of high quality and I love the way that my brand has been refreshed but still has the look and feel of nuggets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web Eden could have done differently?

None at all - it was an excellent service

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a product developer at The Bet Calculator. We’ve created a bet calculator that enables people to create bets and work out the odds of sports better.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Eden?

We hired them to help us build a landing page for a tournament. We've been running a World Cup league on Twitter; we gather football tipsters' bets and rank them in terms of best wins, highest win rate, and average win return. We post these metrics to our socials, and since World Cup is due to start in a couple of weeks, we wanted to create a landing page to advertise our league but didn't have time to do it ourselves.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Eden has built a landing page for our World Cup league through their weBuild option. First, we had a briefing call where we gave them our ideas. Then, they returned with feedback and several design ideas, and we chose one for the page. 

Our goal is to get users to create a bet. From there, we give them the option to create a second bet for free. For this purpose, Web Eden has helped us add affiliate links to the landing page to encourage users to create a bet. The landing page aims to drive users to our site by clicking the links. Currently, Web Eden looks after the page for us. They help us with any change we want to make since we update the page as we go with the results and new tipsters. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with two teammates from Web Eden: the manager and a designer. 

How did you come to work with Web Eden?

We found them through Google Ads and chose them due to their low price. We needed something quick and realized Web Eden could do that for us. 

How much have you invested with them?

Their monthly fee for the weBuild option is around £40 (approximately $50 USD). We’ve paid annually, so we’ve spent around £600 (approximately $700 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Web Eden has done a really good job, and we’re happy with how things are going. Working with them has been straightforward; we gave them the idea, and they’ve run with it. Moreover, we’ve been happy with their returning ideas. Our engagement has been quick and easy, which is important for us given how fast we needed them to turn this project around. 

We don’t have metrics yet because the landing page went live today. However, we’re hopeful the page will get people onto our website, signing up, and creating bets through the affiliate links. 

How did Web Eden perform from a project management standpoint?

Our primary form of communication is through phone calls and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Web Eden’s strengths are their costs and results. There are more expensive options that take longer. Meanwhile, Web Eden has led a quick and painless process to get the idea on the page fast and with high quality. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve, given how quickly they’ve turned this around. I’m very happy with their service.

Go for it! Web Eden is worth it.
