The primary objective was to refine and enhance the interface and user experience of our mobile app LITY and introduce new features. We wanted a one-click, smooth, intuitive application that even non-tech-savvy users can easily use. We focused on a meaningful design approach to enhance the product's overall UI and ensure the new features were highly functional and exceptionally designed. 

The key deliverables of the project included:

• A new onboarding for users that would allow them to enter the app without any login hassle. They had an option to sign up or log in later on.
• Rework of the existing virtual garage - where users could compare their regular driving behaviour between conventional cars and battery electric cars.
• A new feature called “Stations” was introduced in the app. This enabled users to see nearby charging stations live through the map. They could also plan their travel according to it.
• The permission flow was updated by only asking users permission where it was necessary instead of interfering with them while they were using the general features of the app, like exploring the marketplace.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The changes supported a significant boost in user adoption 
  • The drop off rate from download to key interaction within our app reduced from 51% to 14%
  • The 30 day retention rate increased to strong 11%

Their project management was excellent. They directly dedicated a Product Designer who consistently collaborated with our team to ensure smooth communication and steady progress. He was the one working directly as well, so it was very convenient for us. For extra collaboration, other designers from Denovers including CEO were always available and were just one Slack text away. They were always responsive to our needs and delivered all milestones on time.

Our Product is a Real Estate Investment discovery SaaS platform. Due to the nature of information and data points, it's a pretty complex product. We hired Denovers to redesign our product as we felt that our main features were complicated to understand for users. As a result, we wanted a revamp of its UX and UI so that our users could excessively use it without any hurdles. 

We wanted our product to become a user-friendly and intuitive SaaS product. Moreover, we also wanted to introduce new features in our product with a quality design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The major outcome of the project was that a new user experience was introduced. Many functionality problems were addressed to make our platform easy to use. Visualization of data was presented in graphs and SaaS-based tables. This made it easy for users to view property metrics and useful insights to make the right investment decision. 

Effective UI decisions were made like the colors of the product were tweaked to make the interface look attractive and engaging. Moreover, several new features were introduced, for example, the website builder, which helped agents make their site through our platform and gave them access to all the related data.

The designer worked with us directly. We had regular syncs where we discussed the next steps and reviewed the completed work. The response was quick and we never faced any issues in getting our message across to the designer.

An impressive feature about them was that they remained attentive throughout the process which made them thoroughly understand our goals. They also have good collaborative skills as they introduced several innovative ideas which showed their commitment to staying ahead of industry trends

Denovers did a good job and met our demands. They are on the way to making a mark in the SaaS industry through their UX/UI services. A few things I think Denovers can still improve on are being a bit more creative and thinking out of the box.

Our Customer Management Portal and Orchestration SaaS application was due for a significant UI and UX overhaul. We realized not only was the design a bit outdated, but there were many problems related to the overall user experience of the application. Hence, the main goal of this project was not only a thorough redesign of our SaaS application's UI, but also to fix the UX issues and make the overall product more intuitive and user-friendly. 

Due to the complexity of the product, it was a challenging task. This project's major deliverables were: Re-vamping the UX including fixing navigational and other issues; introducing intuitive complex data visualization components; creating the component-based design system from scratch; and re-designing the entire 100+ screens of the Application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to get what we wanted. The outcomes were: 

• Complete Redesign of the SaaS Application: The entire SaaS application underwent a successful and comprehensive redesign, breathing new life into its overall appearance and functionality. 
• Updated Application with Modern UI: Through diligent efforts, the application received a much-needed modern facelift, incorporating the latest design trends with dark and light modes. This overhaul aimed to provide users with a visually appealing and contemporary experience. 
• Comprehensive Design System and Libraries: New and updated Component-based Design System libraries were created from scratch to help developers maintain the consistency of the entire Application. 
• Enhanced User Experience (UX): The overall user experience received a significant upgrade, from addressing navigation issues to updating list and card views - everything was re-done. 
• Updated Complex Data Visualization: The Denovers team did a remarkable job in intuitively presenting complex data. The custom Data cards, list views, and tables were designed to accommodate and present the data interestingly. 
• Developer Handoff: The Denovers team worked side by side with our Development team and did thorough handoffs of the designs. They were always there to solve Developer queries.

Yes, Denovers delivered all items on time and responded quickly to all requests. We held bi-weekly meetings throughout most of the project where regular updates were provided and queries were answered. We also communicated via messaging apps outside of the regular meetings and always received prompt responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The results were spot on and delivered on time, as expected. Right from the trial phase to the end of the project, we not only liked their design approach but we always found their strategic and UX inputs to be insightful and well thought out. They introduced new concepts and bought in some fresh ideas that were very intuitive. 

They didn't just improve the app's looks but completely upgraded how users interacted with it, improving the whole product experience. Also, they created a very professional component-based design system which now serves as the foundation of our application. The Denovers design team was very capable, especially in the SaaS domain.

The project revolved around upgrading our Webshop. We focused on setting up grid systems, introducing standard Breakpoints in the design system, improving responsiveness, and working on the new Home screen, Navbar, and Footer concepts. UX for Search and Filters was also included in the scope.

We've upgraded our initial version of the webshop to a standardized grid and responsive breakpoints and introduced a new navbar and search. This increased conversion and average order value in our webshop significantly (not allowed to share actual numbers here).

The Product Designer from Denovers became part of our internal team. We used to have daily scrum meetings in the morning along with meetings with Engineers, QA, and CEO for Review. Hence the coordination was very good, and they were very responsive.

Quickly onboarded to our project and after a short time felt like working with internal team member.

Not many, due to the daily interaction we had tight feedback loops and the team discussed UX issues and questions on the spot together.

How has your relationship with the vendor evolved?

The relationship has evolved pretty well and it’s been almost four years now working with Denovers on two different projects. Anytime we have a need of outsourcing the Frontend and Product Design part of the project, Denovers will always be our first choice.

Yes, the project went really well, and our Client loved the overall outcome, especially the design. Partnering with Denovers allowed us to focus on our core part which is Artificial Intelligence and backend engineering without worrying about Product Design and Frontend Engineering as Denovers took really good care of it.

The key deliverables were UI/UX Design, clickable prototype, and Frontend Development in React.js.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results were awesome. The UI/UX was a complex task to achieve but we were able to get the design as we wanted. Similarly, regarding front-end, it was challenging to pull off an App like this but in the end, it was thoroughly done by Frontend Developers at Denovers.

The founder himself was the point of contact and he managed the entire project on Denover's end. We used slack, Miro, Invision, and Jira for collaboration and Project Management. The overall communication with Denovers was smooth and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their passion for Design and overall Product is on a different level. Their commitment is on the next level and once they commit to something, they will deliver it by hook or crook. They take ownership of what they do. Their work environment is also very friendly. Highly impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their work is overall amazing. But I would recommend them to explore the cloud and data science side in the future as I am sure this will be beneficial for them.

Denovers team approached us. I liked their portfolio and there was an interesting approach to collaborating together, hence I hired them for the project.

We started with a deep understanding of the product from Denovers side. We found out some key imperfections with the logic on the platform and how they can be resolved. Then, the key layers of the platform were defined and the process of screen creation started. Then there was an iterative process of creating and assessing the work done.

A product designer and project manager from Denovers were directly coordinating with us whereas CEO & Lead UX Architect Muzammil was involved initially in setting up the tone of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've got the following deliverables: Design System, The Project with all screens approved and Playground file with all the screens that have been developed throughout the project. Still, we're waiting for proper prototyping but we were assured that everything is coming soon.

Also, the team provided us with Zeplin files that are going to be extremely useful for our developers to start implementing these ideas.

We could always reach the guys through Slack. We had Zoom meeting a couple of times a week. The most feedback was through our common Slack channel

We were always ready to find a satisfying solution when there were some inconsistency. TThey listened and took different ideas into account.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

That would be great if we could set up clearer goals (for a week, a month, a project) in the beginning, check them weekly so we have a better understanding if we fit the schedule.

We interviewed many firms and considered doing it in-house. Denovers provided a timeline that worked for us at a reasonable price point with very personal service. Muzammil, the CEO, was incredibly hands-on and accountable from the first interaction.

The team was very well versed in these technologies and quickly learned where needed. More than 100 screens with intricate animations and attention to detail at every step was required.

Denovers provided access to 2-3 developers and designers as well as high-level access to company leadership whenever needed. This was helpful when deadlines were tight or project scope needed last-minute tweaks.

Denovers did an incredible job under very tight timelines. The product received very positive reviews and is now in use by more than 200,000 users. It is durable, sleek and was completed in record time. I would highly recommend working with Denovers for any project.

Timelines were faster than we could have develop in-house and the communication was impeccable. From the business leadership to the development team, Slack was a quick and reliable way to communicate and they were willing to transpose deliverables into Invision, Adobe xd and Zeplin when needed.

The personal communication and willingness to go above and beyond. The team was eager to collaborate and able to adapt to our existing frameworks.

Denovers CEO & Founder approached me for the UX Audit of my SaaS Repurpose. I really liked what they came up with, hence I hired them for the project.

When we launched Repurpose.io, we didn’t focus much on the UX Design of the App which eventually kept neglecting till the point we started realizing that we are losing customer retention by bit difficult to understand product experience of Repurpose.

Also, we realized that our users are not exploring the product to its full potential as a lot of our best features are hidden behind the bad UX layer. So we decided finally to revamp the experience of our Product by hiring a UX company.

Full UX/UI improvement for our SaaS. Not only a new skin, but also a new much more user friendly user experience. Our team has started implementing the changes very quickly.

The coordination was super smooth. CEO Muzammil was always available and we had a lot of calls and meetings where he walked us through the entire ongoing process along with details on “what” they did and “why”. Currently, they are also working closely with our devs to implement the new UI.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are best when it comes to Product UI/UX Designing. The way they merged and aligned the business goals with designing was superb. Finding someone who is equally good with UX as with UI is rare but at Denovers, they are best at both of them.

They just don’t give a fresh look in terms of UI to our product but they changed the entire UX. The new UI/UX is exactly the way I wanted it to be and I got it. I highly recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yeh, they can make their process a bit faster but in the end, quality is very important. If they took some time to think about the UX, I am happy to give it because, in the end, we ended up with an intuitive experience and a beautiful looking product.
