Cascades Data Solution was looking to either hire or purchase an already existing payroll software in the market for our payroll needs. We researched and evaluated several software options available and ran a comparison of it. Some of our key needs were, seamless migration of our existing payroll and employee data, built in features that would help us keep track of our employees status and provides a database of their relevant and important information. 

Training and demonstration to be provided to our in-house staff on navigating the new software and ongoing support that would ensure that the software has low to no bugs and runs smoothly. In summary, the scope of work for a company that needs a payroll software subscription includes assessing the company's payroll needs, evaluating and selecting a payroll software, configuring the software, migrating data, training users, and ongoing support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through referral and research we found that Infomatics Corp provides a subscription based service to enroll in their payroll software. It was cost-effective, free of bugs, and came with all the features that met our needs. They helped in migrating our companies existing payroll data to the new software V-form. They also provided our HR staff and employees with a demo and guides on how to navigate and use the software. 

Infomatics Corp also has developers round the clock to assist with bugs and are constantly developing, optimizing, and adding new features. Their support staff is quick to respond and ensures a fast solution to all of our needs. There was improved accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, and reduced a lot of manual process that was done previously. It has shown to be compliant with the tax laws and regulation.

Our employees are satisfied with the product after a survey was conducted to gauge their satisfaction with the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing and their ability to access their payroll information and reduction in payroll-related disputes.
