Overall, my experience was very positive. The only area for improvement would be adding even more proactive creative exploration early in the process—bringing forward multiple design directions up front could help speed alignment and inspire new ideas. Otherwise, communication, delivery, and quality were consistently strong.

As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram.

Their support has helped us transform our Instagram from good to great. We’ve now shifted to monthly batch content production, complete with copy, and this shift has been a game-changer for us. Her ability to nurture creativity and innovation ensures that all projects are completed and pioneering and align perfectly with the latest market trends. Ana is 10 out of 10 stars.  We’ve seen improvements in our email marketing and paid advertising KPIs. Our emails have seen 10% higher click rates, and our ads have seen 10% lower CPMs and 20% higher ROAS than non-Designity creative. These improvements have been sustained over three months.
