Designity has a portal with a project management software, all projects are tracked and the Creative Director is very responsive to all our needs and change requests.

The value they provide is exceptional, for us, we got access to a wide range of creatives and design capabilities that we would otherwise have to pay agency prices for or continuously hunt for freelancers.

We're very happy with their service.  While the creative director is essential to handle the timelines and volume of work that goes through creatives...sometimes it would be great to get access to the creatives directly.

Designity’s work has helped us with our CAC and ROI. The creative assets are culturally relevant, and we’ve seen an increase in engagement, shares, and conversions, especially in LATAM regions.

It would be great if they could work a little faster, but they’re good overall.

 Designity has helped us with email marketing templates, email campaign designs, ad creative, sales catalogs, and apparel pattern designs. For each project, I give them direction and the objectives, and they come up with unique concepts and designs. After my feedback, they complete the designs and present them to me in the requested formats.

 We’ve worked with four teammates from Designity.

 A colleague referred them to me. I chose them because of their capabilities, expertise, and skills. Although they weren’t cheaper than other alternatives, they could achieve a higher quality output.

 We’ve spent around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with them in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We’ve seen improvements in our email marketing and paid advertising KPIs. Our emails have seen 10% higher click rates, and our ads have seen 10% lower CPMs and 20% higher ROAS than non-Designity creative. These improvements have been sustained over three months.

How did Designity perform from a project management standpoint?

 Designity’s project management has been very professional and timely. The team is extremely organized and detail-oriented. We communicate via Slack, Miro, and their portal.

Higher Conversion Rates: The landing pages built with Designity’s support consistently outperformed our previous designs, with some pages seeing conversion rate improvements of 15–25%.
Increased Creative Output: With Designity handling design work, we were able to double the volume of creative assets produced monthly without adding headcount — including ads, social graphics, and email visuals.

Having access to a wide range of design talent, managed by a dedicated creative director like Pooyan, gave us the flexibility of an agency with the reliability of an in-house team.

Their ability to quickly understand our brand, adapt to different campaign needs, and consistently deliver polished work made them stand out. Unlike other services we’ve tried, Designity didn’t just execute — they contribute ideas, refine our vision, and elevate the overall quality of our marketing efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designity could have done differently?

Overall, our experience has been very positive, but one area for improvement could be around clearer upfront scoping for complex or multi-part projects. Early on, there were a few moments where expectations around timelines or deliverable details could have been clarified more explicitly. A bit more proactive guidance during project kickoff would help streamline the process even further.

That said, once projects were underway, communication was excellent and any adjustments we needed were handled quickly and professionally. The team is receptive to feedback and clearly focused on improving the client experience.
