We scheduled regular meetings over Google Meetwhere they shared campaign results - the traffic we acquired, purchase data, and the optimisations they would be working on. Overall, they have been pretty thorough with communication. Even with the small changes they made were being shared with us regularly via Slack. Their workflow was flawless.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It’s hard to pick one thing about them. They are really amazing people who know paid marketing well. Within the first few weeks of working with them, we felt extremely comfortable with their strategy and trusted their advice. They don't mind going above and beyond their responsibilities whenever needed. They are very flexible with their approach and delivered much better results than any of the larger agencies we’ve worked with in the past. Working with them has been a great experience.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixated?
We wanted an advertising agency who specializes in setting up Facebook ad campaigns that can generate a significant amount of traffic and purchases. That’s when we turned to Pixated.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
While we already had a social media partner, they weren’t competent enough when it came to running paid ads. Thus, we needed someone who specialises in creating campaigns that are tailored to our target audience and generated sales for our business. We got in touch with several social media agencies and partnered with Pixated as they had brought good results for their previous clients.

The Facebook campaign brought in a good number of conversions - more than we’d expected. Our conversion rate increased by 35% and our spending decreased by a massive 50% which was a huge feat. Working with Pixated was certainly a great experience. They are exceptional at what they do and have turned Facebook ads into our best performing channel.

We have weekly calls. Additionally, they send us regular campaign reports. The way they present the data is amazing. With just a glimpse, we can grasp the full picture about the campaign. For communication, we used Slack and emails. They are very responsive.
