We needed help defining, selling, and designing a new video communication app. Chispa helped us with the following: 

• Transform the main idea into something real. 
• Define the business model. 
• Present the whole project to investors and peers. 
• Publish a website to capture leads. 
• Design the app and identity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We have the presentation used for selling the app to investors. We have the entire app designed beyond version 1.0 (we are currently in beta).We have the leads website online. And we also have the product definition that we worked together as step one. We can measure that every single task was completed.

Everything was delivered on time. Not only specifics, but also answers to questions that we had during the time that we worked together, they were answered quickly via WhatsApp, e-mail, or virtual meetings.

Build a new site that supports and celebrates the fund, to date and in the future. The website’s main objective is to inform. The site is essentially a brochure that introduces the Fund to the academics of UCL, including: the details of the Fund, the process, the expertise available within the management of the Fund, and the ongoing success stories.

• We now have a very professional website, with a nice interfsce. This will boost the Fund visibility and awareness. The new reach out function improves the way we generate deal flow opportunities giving the founders the chance to contact the appropriate business manager.

Chispa was tasked with renovating our job board board. They did everything - from ideation to the design and development of the new website and identity. they came up with a new pricing strategy as well that helped increase our recurring subscriptions.

We started working with Chispa on the UX/UI Design of our platform. In addition to that, we also work with them on the Brand design and the brand book. When the UX/UI framework was completed we hired Chispa for the development. This development included the UX/UI of our tournament module and the UX/UI of our community hubs. In addition to that they develop the landing pages for the sales funnel.
