The Annual Review is an important document, as it provides an overview of the achievements for the organisation over the previous 12 months. The content is a source of truth that is repurposed for many commercial purposes. It provides an in-depth review of services and customer delivery and is signed off at the highest level. In order to access the level of undersanding required, interviews take place with senior stakeholders to bring to life the impact of the organisation's activities for the year.

We can measure success of the project by the frequency of use of the content across the organisation with a wide number of target audiences.

I have worked with many other agencies on content, but what stands out is Transform's journalistic approach to getting to the real story behind the organisation, so the copy really resonates with your target audience.

The agency was hired to support us in developing a communication campaign aimed at the international market. The project was driven by a specific need: to spark new conversations ahead of the firm’s participation in the International Bar Association’s Annual Congress in 2023. The IBA Congress is the premier event that brings together the world’s largest and most prominent law firms.

Although we had been regular attendees, this was our first year participating in a more structured way, with a clear focus on business development. To achieve this, Transform proposed creating a web-based digital magazine that could also be distributed via email marketing campaigns, one article at a time, in the weeks leading up to the event. This is how Brazilian Investment Insights was conceived. Now in its second edition, it has boosted engagement among our international contacts through the firm’s communication efforts.

Since its launch, we have introduced another communication initiative—a monthly newsletter called Brazil Brief—which has helped us maintain an ongoing dialogue with this audience. Engagement rates have increased from 7% to an average of 30%, reflecting the success of both projects we have developed together. Without a doubt, our partnership has been a major success.

The biggest components of the plan have been a new-look website and thought leadership pieces for the website and wider marketing channels. This phase of the project required a lot of initiative and in-depth understanding of our business, as it involved working with our two very busy founding directors, prior to the appointment of a leadership team. 
This meant that high quality work with minimal amends was essential to enable quick and easy signoff from the directors. Our content is also intended for some of the world's largest law firms - a very demanding market with an eye for detail and one where our credibility is always under scrutiny.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website visitors and their dwell time on the site have both continued to grow throughout our time working with Transform. Social media management has seen us significantly grow in terms of impressions, engagement and followers. Email marketing has also been executed to a very high standard and has probably performed best of all in terms of generating high-quality enquiries from some high-profile law firms. 
Last but not least, the video content from Transform is probably their most impressive service of all. Their attention to detail in terms of the staging of the videos at their studio, the lighting, editing and assisting our team on the day to feel comfortable on camera is of a quality you'd expect from a household name brand.

Project management is excellent and they deliver on their promises. Importantly, they're not afraid to give us a nudge if they need anything from us. I feel very safe and confident in their hands.

All team members are great at monitoring journalist requests and responding to commentary requests/copy calls that are relevant to our goals as a business. They draft responses using collateral available to them or they reach out directly to our SMEs for any they can’t respond to themselves. 

Media relations is fast paced and deadlines are often short, but Transform ensure they hit deadlines and give us as much notice as possible where they need our involvement. Their synopsis development is always focused on topics that are core to our marketing strategy, they listen to what we tell them. They are in contact with all the publications that are relevant to our industry and have secured articles in high-profile titles.

I'm an author and they built me a website – www.jasperbark.com In addition to this the team shot a series of promotional videos for my books, organised a photo shoot for publicity material, helped me launch and run a mailing list, created gifs and podcast logos, and designed, sourced and created pull up banners for convention appearances, along with a large selection of merchandise to support my book promotion.

There seems to be nothing they can't do for me in terms of marketing. Throughout this whole process they were responisve and professional when listening to briefs and always surprised me with their talent and creativity throughout every stage of the project's development. And the speed of their delivery has been phenomenal. The campaigns I undertook with them have delivered tangible sales due to their incredible talent and vast skill set, in addition to their expansive knowledge of marketing.
