We always had set deadlines, and there was constant communication back and forth between MatTek and 3 Media Web. No one was ever left hanging by them, so that was great. When it really became crunch time, Mark, and my boss, and I were on the phone together until like 3 o'clock in the morning. We wanted to meet a particular deadline and they did everything that they had to do to make that happen, to make sure that everything was working properly and was bench-tested before it went live. I really appreciated kind of that sacrifice of an entire night's sleep to help us make that happen, they were great.

When you look at it as building a website, that's one thing, but everything that goes with that website is another. I'm sure some people have one company build a website, and then they have their own people doing all their SEO and everything. I like the fact that they're good at both. LLT-Group becomes an extension of your business. That's what I like about them. It's not a low-cost item, but it's probably one of the most needed items in businesses.
