At times, our feedback or suggestions for edits were not always executed as we would have liked, which did result in several iterations back and forth to get to the end product we were looking for. In situations like this, perhaps a call would be more productive than giving feedback via email.

Upon request, once the bulk of the work was done, they downgraded us to their lowest subscription package and continue providing support to date, which we are very happy with.
