5.0 Aug 13, 2021When it comes to the abandon rate, they only average less than 5%, while the live chat average response time for their dedicated aid agents is less than 25 seconds, ranging somewhere between 15–22 seconds. In addition to that, the average duration of calls is around five minutes. We have a core staff for customer service, so Go Answer just intakes the information, and their average error rate is less than 3% versus tickets created. In April, I believe they only had a 1% error rate.

Outsourcing Business Solutions has given us three points of escalation. One is the supervisor, who is basically working as a project manager with us. Then, issues would go to the COO. The third point of escalation is there as well, but we haven’t had to go that route.
