We planned to break into the North American market for a long time and when the time came, we decided to get local experts to help us achieve our goal of creating seamless and dedicated interactions between ourselves and prospects in North America.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We decided to go with BitWide because of their skill and experience in sales outreach to North American companies. Having native English speakers, expertise in messaging and a team dedicated to a full sales cycle were all factor in our decision.

The BitWide team provides us with cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach to generate new leads according to our targets. They then take care of the prospect validation by conducting meetings and selling our services. The team also takes care of providing prospects with quotes as well as speaking with the prospects they bring in about their vision and specifications of their project.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
The BitWide team dedicated to our process consists of an account manager, client support personnel, and copy/content writers all taking part in sales efforts. We receive a weekly report of statistics as well as communication on an as needed basis when new prospects or leads are generated.

BitWide has a high standard of converting leads into clients and deliver on their targets with adaptable outreach cadences. They use experience first and quickly make changes to optimize sales flow.

I work as a Production Director at IPG Mediabrands. We are a full-cycle marketing and branding agency, working in general with big and mid-sized companies and helping them to develop and implement various marketing strategies to increase their market share. I generally work with Eastern European markets.
For what projects/services did your company hire BitWide , and what were your goals??
One of our clients, a well-established software company from Latvia came to us with the request to develop a marketing and sales strategy to enter UK and North American markets. Part of the strategy was a cold calling project to the mid-sized UK and North American companies to offer them software services of our client. And, we decided we needed a reliable company that offers cold calling services and the callers are native English speakers, and also BitWide had experience in calling both - North American market and UK market. And, we've compared them to other US companies offering calling services and they were one of the most affordable, and we didn't need to build up the lists and create the scripts on our own, they did it for us according to the requirements, and it was included into the price.

The project was to build up a list of 500 companies in North America (US generally) and UK and offer them our client's software services that can make their financial process more effective. BitWide built up the list, created the script, they had their own calling tool, and we had a caller Daniel and an account manager assigned to the project. They sent us stats every week for a 4-week project, and when we had questions, we just messaged Daniel and Lana (our account manager) and got the responses quickly.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We had Lana as our account manager and Daniel as a caller. We just messaged Lana (in general) when we had questions. When it was something about the prospect they sent us, we normally messaged Daniel. And we had weekly meetings to monitor the results.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?
In general, our client and my company are happy with the results. BitWide sent us approx 30 meeting requests, we delivered them to the client. As far as I know, our client managed to close 10 of these 30 prospects in the next 2 months, all the others were in the process. And there were approx 50 "send more info" requests. We delivered them to the client too and they started to work on it.

All the communication was through Zoom and Google chats. Despite the time differences, we have always received responses within a few hours. We needed to call 500 companies within a month, in reality, it took a little bit longer, approx 6-7 weeks.

Their attitude and their communication style. We felt that they cared about us, listened to us, and tried to do everything to make the project successful.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Some kind of loyalty program would be nice, I think.

Since BitWide specializes in cold calling, which would be the only channel for reaching the target audience, it was easy to pick this team as a right fit.

After researching for the contact information for the long-term care homes through Google and AHS contracted services website, initial calls would be made to the care homes to establish a first point of contact with key decision makers. Additional information would be collected, such as personal numbers and email addresses. Follow up phone calls would be made to maintain prospective client relations.
What was the team composition?
I work closely with the Account Manager and Client Support Specialist on a regular basis to review campaign progress.

We are now in further conversation with two prospective clients three months into our project, reaching more senior decision-makers in the organization.

There was a couple of initial meetings that remained high level. After the agreement was signed, there was an onboarding meeting that went into a lot of detail around the targeting and messaging etc. The team created ads for me to approve and then started posting them and running the campaign
