I'm the CEO of Access eHealth, assisting paper-based long term care homes transition to an automated cloud-based workflow.

We were looking to search for and reach out to the decision makers/ buyers from other Albertan care homes.

How did you select this vendor?

Since BitWide specializes in cold calling, which would be the only channel for reaching the target audience, it was easy to pick this team as a right fit.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After researching for the contact information for the long-term care homes through Google and AHS contracted services website, initial calls would be made to the care homes to establish a first point of contact with key decision makers. Additional information would be collected, such as personal numbers and email addresses. Follow up phone calls would be made to maintain prospective client relations.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with the Account Manager and Client Support Specialist on a regular basis to review campaign progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now in further conversation with two prospective clients three months into our project, reaching more senior decision-makers in the organization.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have biweekly check-in meetings to align campaign objectives and report on campaign progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was very professional and persistent in reaching the key decision makers in the target audience.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I would like BitWide to implement a better process of tracking KPIs.

We are a local cleaning company looking for support in acquiring more leads. BitWide was able to create a geo-targeting Facebook campaign that focused ads on the neighbourhoods I wanted to grow my business

There was a couple of initial meetings that remained high level. After the agreement was signed, there was an onboarding meeting that went into a lot of detail around the targeting and messaging etc. The team created ads for me to approve and then started posting them and running the campaign

I worked with a couple of people, the account manager and the person doing the work mostly. Occasionally they would bring in another specialist into meetings

Our business doubled. I had a number of meetings and home visits as a result and that turned into more business. for us.
