We’ve been working together since February 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Octopus Tech Solutions’ performance has been much better than the other company we worked with earlier on. We’ve had a great experience working together. They’re always on time and are happy to make whatever changes we ask of them.

We haven’t experienced any glitches in our work with them. They’ve never faltered on any of their timelines or commitments.

How did Octopus Tech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We touch base every week and also hold monthly reviews. Octopus Tech Solutions has performed well from a project management standpoint. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Conversion rates are much higher since we started partnering with Octopus Tech Solutions. Their calling agents communicate very effectively with the farmers in our customer base. They speak the same language, communicate in a familiar way, and can always convey what we want to express.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There hasn’t been a single situation in which we’ve found Octopus Tech Solutions lacking. They’ve delivered everything we’ve asked them to.

Communication between our teams has been seamless. They provide daily reports and are always ready to receive our comments and incorporate them immediately. They take our feedback very seriously.
