We hired Octopus Tech Solutions to reach out to customers on our behalf. The real estate sector in India has witnessed high growth in recent years, and we needed help managing the influx of business opportunities.

We wanted Octopus Tech Solutions to generate leads by connecting with as many potential clients as possible.

We shortlisted a group of vendors before choosing Octopus Tech Solutions. We selected them because they understood our requirements and offered reasonable prices.

Their team was given a database of potential customers which they used to generate leads. Each agent made around 100 calls per day for three months.

What was the team composition?

They provided a team of five call center representatives. There was also a team leader who supervised their work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the partnership was short, they gave us a significant number of leads to process. We’re planning to start another project with Octopus Tech Solutions in the near future.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very responsive, especially when we gave feedback about their work. Also, the reports they delivered were amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were dedicated and hardworking.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don’t think so. As far as I’m concerned, they did a fine job.

We needed to hire an outsourced company that could provide us with inbound and outbound call center services.

The team from Octopus Tech Solutions includes three inbound resources and six outbound resources. One team leader manages all of these employees.

We conducted market research to find vendors who could meet our requirements. Our of all of on the options we found, we chose Octopus Tech Solutions.  

How much have you invested with them?

We spent ₹300,000 Indian rupees (approximately $4,274.40 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since February 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Octopus Tech Solutions’ performance has been much better than the other company we worked with earlier on. We’ve had a great experience working together. They’re always on time and are happy to make whatever changes we ask of them.

We haven’t experienced any glitches in our work with them. They’ve never faltered on any of their timelines or commitments.

How did Octopus Tech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We touch base every week and also hold monthly reviews. Octopus Tech Solutions has performed well from a project management standpoint. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Conversion rates are much higher since we started partnering with Octopus Tech Solutions. Their calling agents communicate very effectively with the farmers in our customer base. They speak the same language, communicate in a familiar way, and can always convey what we want to express.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There hasn’t been a single situation in which we’ve found Octopus Tech Solutions lacking. They’ve delivered everything we’ve asked them to. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Octopus Tech Solutions is a small, skilled, agile team that always fulfills their commitments.  I highly recommend using them. They are capable of making any changes or implementing any solutions that you require.

Their team includes a call center manager, an agent manager, a training manager, and several agents.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve been able to secure a growing number of subscribers and improve our enrollment process. Their team also resolved some issues we were experiencing with one-time passwords.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication between our teams has been seamless. They provide daily reports and are always ready to receive our comments and incorporate them immediately. They take our feedback very seriously.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’ve been open to expanding their work since we completed the pilot project. Their team works hard, and they’re dedicated to meeting our needs. Also, their prices are reasonable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could’ve been a little faster in the beginning, and we’d like to see more options with the scripts they use. Other than that, I’m pleased with our progress.

Octopus Tech employees handled the calls well, informing our customers of the partnership and how it will help us serve them better.

All associates at Octopus Tech responded very quickly to questions. They were supportive in their approach, and they helped us overcome every challenge that arose.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The agents have displayed a high level of expertise while handling the calls. Their overall management has been excellent.

They are doing a fine job. We're looking forward to working with them in the upcoming months.
