That from the top down, they have all come from a sales background, drive methodology, communication and push hard when they see gaps or potential flaws in GTM strategy. We found them a strong partnership and in effect became the sales arm of the business, attending marketing events, having clear input in our programs and leveraging a broader team for the greater good of service.

The team were engaged to support the creation of a scalable sales function to include sales tools, processes, target market and go to market strategy. They also helped us to structure our key account management to support our bid management process and ensure successful conversion. Their recruitment team helped us with identifying and bringing in our new Sales Director and in ensuring incentive plans were appropriate to the new roles.

We already leverage E360 Lead Generation service in the UK; when we needed additional support in our local market, we turned to E360, who were able to quickly provide a local native French-speaking BDR, who within the first weeks of outreach had already secured qualified meetings and identified new business opportunities. Unique to one of Redbridge’s main requirements was for the resource and all outbound activity to be recorded in their own CRM environment.

Key deliverables are especially building and managing the sales and marketing processes, help with identifying and addressing the market for compliance and data protection SaaS solutions, building and educating the team and in general work hands-on with us on all aspects of growing the business from marketing and lead generation to deal reviews and channel management.
