We interviewed 2 pre-vetted, high-quality candidates instead of sifting through dozens of unqualified applicants; our marketing manager was fully onboarded and productive within 3 weeks of starting, contributing to campaign strategy and execution immediately,
We eliminated approximately 40 hours of internal administrative work related to international payroll setup, compliance research, and benefits coordination; and we achieved a 60% cost savings compared to hiring a comparable US-based marketing manager at market rate, while maintaining the same level of expertise and output.
