We contacted HireWithNear to hire 2 roles (Senior and Junior profiles) for the company's FP&A department. A high level of English and 5 years of experience in the field were required. They must work 100% remotely and live in Latin America.

The expected outcome was for the employees to adapt to the work pace quickly and be able to meet the deadlines for the assigned reports.

The search for profiles for the open positions was relatively quick since they have a large team of recruiters who ensure at least 3 profiles for each vacancy. The process from the moment we contacted them until the employees started working took 3 weeks.
