The expectations were to curate 400 leads per month on LinkedIn, those that were unresponsive or dropped off from conversations would be sent a sequence of emails and also get a phone call. The goal was to acquire a steady stream of meetings with qualified leads for me and my team.

The project is ongoing. However, BitWide is inviting the desired number of people to connect on LinkedIn and now are following those up with email and calling. Metrics expected are being delivered as promised after the initial ramp period during the first month.

Follow-ups were a little bit delayed during the first month and ramping up. This was to be expected and now everything is on track and going smoothly.

We measure qualified leads and track our deal close rate. The volume of Qualified Leads has increased by 200% since we began this project, and that number continues to trend upward. Our Deal Close Rate has improved from 36% to 46% and continues to trend upward.

The BitWide team dedicated to our process consists of an account manager, client support personnel, and copy/content writers all taking part in sales efforts. We receive a weekly report of statistics as well as communication on an as needed basis when new prospects or leads are generated.

One of our clients, a well-established software company from Latvia came to us with the request to develop a marketing and sales strategy to enter UK and North American markets. Part of the strategy was a cold calling project to the mid-sized UK and North American companies to offer them software services of our client. And, we decided we needed a reliable company that offers cold calling services and the callers are native English speakers, and also BitWide had experience in calling both - North American market and UK market. And, we've compared them to other US companies offering calling services and they were one of the most affordable, and we didn't need to build up the lists and create the scripts on our own, they did it for us according to the requirements, and it was included into the price.

The project was to build up a list of 500 companies in North America (US generally) and UK and offer them our client's software services that can make their financial process more effective. BitWide built up the list, created the script, they had their own calling tool, and we had a caller Daniel and an account manager assigned to the project. They sent us stats every week for a 4-week project, and when we had questions, we just messaged Daniel and Lana (our account manager) and got the responses quickly.

We had Lana as our account manager and Daniel as a caller. We just messaged Lana (in general) when we had questions. When it was something about the prospect they sent us, we normally messaged Daniel. And we had weekly meetings to monitor the results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

In general, our client and my company are happy with the results. BitWide sent us approx 30 meeting requests, we delivered them to the client. As far as I know, our client managed to close 10 of these 30 prospects in the next 2 months, all the others were in the process. And there were approx 50 "send more info" requests. We delivered them to the client too and they started to work on it.

All the communication was through Zoom and Google chats. Despite the time differences, we have always received responses within a few hours. We needed to call 500 companies within a month, in reality, it took a little bit longer, approx 6-7 weeks.

Their attitude and their communication style. We felt that they cared about us, listened to us, and tried to do everything to make the project successful.

Some kind of loyalty program would be nice, I think.

The project consisted of first discussing my goals with the company's CFO. After establishing our goals, we started to discuss whether the outreach should be done via LinkedIn, calling, or email. We decided LinkedIn is the best way to reach out to the right people. We then decided who would be the best target for investors for our company on LinkedIn. After deciding on the right leads, they sent connection requests to those individuals and a pre-decided invite message. They then would contact them, telling the potential investor a bit about BioAro, and if they showed interest, then a request for a meeting with me was arranged. If the lead did not reply, then they were responsible for following up with those leads. There were also sporadic meetings to deal with issues with messaging or the target we'd agreed upon.

They helped secure meetings with dozens of individuals, with whom I was able to have conversations about funding my ongoing projects with BioAro.

They were available whenever their help was needed. Norman would act as the middleman who would make sure that the work that needed to be done was understood and executed by Syed. If any changes need to be made, I would communicate that with Norman, who will then discuss how to implement those changes to the LinkedIn campaign with Syed. They were quick with meeting deadlines.

Then those posts required geo-fenced paid promotion. After receiving inbound leads BitWide would then follow up with those leads via phone, email and LinkedIn to further develop the lead until we would step in and close the deal.
