It's hard to get a good idea, but it's just as hard to get a good execution of the idea. Clay made what we thought was a good idea into a great product. We've gotten feedback from banks, brokerages, and accelerators that it's one of the top apps that they have seen in 2015, and that's consistent.

We mostly communicated via email, and LLT Group's email response was always great and met expectations. We also did Zoom calls if needed, and those were always scheduled and upheld in a timely manner. We had a lot of changes throughout the process, so we didn't agree to a strict budget or cost estimate; it was pretty flexible with what we wanted to add to the website. LLT Group was willing to receive feedback and didn't have a standard template. A lot of competitors had a standard process and template of how things should look, but LLT Group was very flexible.
