AIIMS partnered with us to support our growth strategy and help scale our eCommerce performance. They supported us across strategy, paid media, performance marketing, campaign planning, reporting, and launch execution. 

Key deliverables included: 

• Developing and executing a performance marketing strategy to drive leads and eCommerce sales
• Supporting the launch and growth of new markets, including the UAE Managing paid media campaigns across key channels
• Developing a brand new website
• Improving campaign structure, tracking, reporting, and optimisation 
• Helping us understand what was driving revenue and where to focus next
• Providing clear communication, proactive recommendations, and ongoing performance insights
