What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At first, we were working on a rough design and development upon request. I’m responsible for metrics. So, when I analyze data and I see the bottlenecks or opportunities, I create technical tasks for them.
They have experience in the conversion improvement, which helps us come to mutual solutions. There were several occasions where we significantly improved conversion and became more profitable due to their suggestions.
How did Goodface agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is quite good. I can’t blame them when we don’t meet the deadlines. The deadlines that we don't meet result from changes in our priorities. For instance, if there's an urgent task related to another part of the project that comes up, we might postpone a deadline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They both execute on our directions and come to us with their own solutions. If I describe a problem, they will come in a few days with a few hypotheses, trying to bring forward an optimal solution. They work very deeply on our problems.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Within my expertise, I can't find many things for them to improve. The only issues we experienced resulted from us neglecting to take notes on the conditions decided upon in early meetings. We had to negotiate a couple of times in the past because of that. We don’t have this problem now because we know each other very well. Our team understands what to when to rely on them, and when we shouldn’t.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re very responsible, strictly respecting everyone's time. It’s natural to respect such a partner. They often come with solutions that we didn’t describe properly, but they did it for us.
