Computer Vision to discover a user’s unique style
The main challenge was to build something compelling, different and eye-catching in a saturated and exclusive market such as fashion. To understand how the owner´s vision will fit into the context of the market, we organized a week of survey and strategic planning activities, where we managed to frame the product’s positioning. We established its differentiation with the rest of the market, the story that it would tell for potential customers, and a series of functionalities and flows. And that at the same time, it will be presented as a distribution channel for clothing brands, with the benefit of personalized recommendation.
Technology
Veristyle combines sophisticated computer vision, industry methodology, and artificial intelligence to identify the Kibbe Body Type of the person. Its technology, based on Machine Learning, allows the analysis and interpretation of the body type with only two pictures and the height of the person. Once a person’s Veristyle is complete, elements of fashion such as lines, silhouettes, fabrics, patterns and colors are individually selected leading to a more optimal application of a style that’s tailored to the individual.
Results
Two weeks of workshop, one month of design, three months of preparation of edge cases and development. Within four months, a new app had hit the market to transform people’s access to fashion. A new way of finding how to dress had appeared.
Revolutionizing fashion by highlighting unique beauty
What’s inspiring about Veristyle is that it encourages people to embrace and emphasize their features and suggests taking a holistic approach to appearance instead of following random fashion trends. Veristyle users can access personalized clothing recommendations and discover clothes and accessories prioritized by how well they match their style.

Transforming the biggest newspaper in Argentina
How to go from a free model to being the largest digital subscription newspaper in Ibero-America.
Clarín faced the challenge of launching the first paid online information content service in Argentina. Without references in the local market, the only option was to take the first step, learn and improve.
Trying to get into the thought process of a market that was not used to pay for media consumption was an exciting idea. How would people react to the design? Would there be a chance where the audience would leave for the competition? Would the readers stay loyal, even after their content becomes paid? These were the pressing matters to understand.
We used Design Thinking techniques that allowed us to interact with clients, build an MVP, test it, and evolve it in short iterations. With all the information we collected, we created several designs, tested them, and chose the one that worked best.
We also interviewed several test subjects, friends, family, and random people to understand if they would pay for content, what would they be willing to pay for, and how much would they deem acceptable.
We then launched them and used A/B testing tools to keep improving the conversion and experience. A cycle of continuous improvement began as we got more data.
It was an amazing learning opportunity for everyone involved in the project and opened up a door for future collaboration with the newspaper. At the same time, it showed Clarín the value of digital transformation and the need for new and accelerated design processes, where testing and experimentation are first-class.
Currently with the Clarín group we work on multiple projects to speed up their cycles between opportunity and release to the market as much as possible, because we know that every month that we are not gaining readers, someone else is.

The right Hire for the right seat
The great challenge was, can we match the face-to-face experience in an interview and eliminate any bias in decision-making?
A key fact was that we could not give up the main connection in a physical interview, eye contact. As a first step, we devised an incredibly intuitive and simple interview screen, with hundreds of hours of work, that allows people to look into each other’s eyes while taking notes, has contextual advice, and helps the interviewer to have a structured interview.
We also understood the importance of qualitative data from the start. We created a deep dive into the candidate’s profiles, allowing for a thorough comparison of their skills and experience, personality traits, and matching score to the position. Information such as graded answers, salary, and education is intertwined with sentiment analysis, key conversation points, speech analysis, and more. We want our users to have as detailed an understanding of a candidate as possible.
We continue to work towards the most complete and helpful candidate profile, but we also have a very interesting approach to candidate comparison. Cultural fit in a company is as important as it has ever been. So we help our users to create, review and assess the cultural fit of their candidates right in the same platform, and that information can be used to compare candidates and make a choice.
Overall we believe that the right information, shown in the right way, will be key for decision making. We want to remove bias in the hiring process, making it as objective as possible, and in the end, ensuring you have the right person in the right position.
We also defined a design system that can scale with Hirelogic’s business, and can help them grow their target audience to help in other areas of the hiring processes, such as applicant management.
In summary, we defined, co-created, tested, and launched the best hiring and decision-making tool on the market, in just 6 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
At first I consider there was not an optimized comunication between the teams, and that lead us to extended time spent in validation and work redone. After a while we started working together, using dailys and prioritization to optimize time and end up with high quality outcomes.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I consider Revolt has a strong dev team, that has experience in React development. They were quick and open for changes.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think in some moments, there was an strong need of a PM role who could understand the impact of every feature that was thought to be developed. In this case, I think I had to take that role. I don´t know if that was part of my role, or maybe that decision process should have been made from the PM team of Revolt.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CMO of HireLogic, a software platform that helps organizations make better, unbiased hires through structured interviews and AI-assisted analytics.
For what projects/services did your company hire Revolt?
We worked with Revolt across several areas and projects, including:
- web site design and development
- UI/UX design
- branding
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Revolt had a strong portfolio of projects, with a combination of proven experience and good value.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Revolt first conducted workshops to help us define the brand voice and persona. They then translated that into a visual identity, which included a logo, colors, typography, and other elements. The next phase was to design the web site and information architecture, which was followed by a CMS selection and implementation.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with a variety of resources across project management:
- UX design
- visual design
- CMS development
- cloud-based deployment
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The Revolt project led to a successful web site launch, which helped us in the initial stages of product go to market. We constantly get complements on the work that Revolt did, including the web site design and UX of the product.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was an efficient workflow with regular meetings, and a dedicated project manager on their side.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Revolt has resources that covers a wide variety of talent and domain areas. They are able to source people with specific experience if they do not have it on staff.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
All marketing and tech consulting firms are having trouble hiring, and Revolt is not immune from it. This is not an area for improvement, just an observation - they have a lot of projects, and resources are sometimes shared across them. This did not affect their ability to deliver.
Revolt successfully delivered a result-driven website that helped increase the client's traffic and conversion rate. The team collaborated well to optimize time and ensure quality outcomes despite not well-established communication. They were skilled and flexible in the partnership.
