Our old website was lacking a good design and a smooth user experience which Human Creative had no problem. We knew that this would increase our traffic and help us showcase our products in a better light.

We searched online for webdevelopers from Poland since we have had good experience with them previously and Human Creative was our final choice

After our intimate meeting and my description of what I wanted the site to look like, the designer presented some ideas and I had full access to the progress. After that the development started

Great communication. I didn't feel like I chased anyone, everything was punctual, and I had a good idea when the next delivery would be.

The results of the work done by Human Creative team were quickly and efficiently implemented by our internal team. The collaboration was ongoing without any disruptions

The proposed work format by Human Creative involved direct contact with a project manager who coordinated all the work. This model allowed for avoiding communication errors and unnecessary downtime

What most appealed to us was the openness to our needs and understanding of the uniqueness of our project. Thanks to this, the results of their work are so good!

We searched over all the content creators we saw and human creative had the projects we liked the most

The project was about presenting a security product (a hypervisor kit), relatively complex and where the challenge was to provide an explanation of something complex and abstract in a simple way. Despite the difficulties the team succeeded brilliantly in representing what we wanted

We always worked with the same person, who was in charge of managing his colleagues, and that also made communication easier. I know that at least 3 people worked on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to identify the parts that were not well understood (as we tried to provide an explanation) and improved it to make it palatable to the audience. As I say, it is a complex field and explaining it in a simple way is challenging.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective and fluid, we did recurring sessions that allowed us to see the progress and of course, remotely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to connect such unconnected worlds was amazing!

The truth is that I have no objections to the project we did

We are offering a modular eco-system-like infrastructure of tech-driven solutions that allows financial institutions to make the most out of their product capabilities. As we do not have in-house visual marketing capabilites, we are collaborating with external agencies to create branded marketing material. Human Creative designed the full series of our new product factsheets and a new thought leadership publication.

After an introductory call initiated by Human Creative, the agency was on my short-list for upcoming projects.

We started with a project brief, including our requirements for the new collaterials in terms of desired look and feel, and identity of our brand. Based on this input, Human Creative came up with a few drafts and executed on the one that we liked the most.

Based on Human's references and previous quality of work, combined with our budget range.

We provided Human with the end-to-end process of how the solution works, what problem it solves and what quality it will provide to our clients. Human provided initial solutions which were iterated a few times in order to find an optimal result.

A digital artist, an animator and a voice-over artist.

Newly acquired clients who approached the product via an onboarding website where the animation was being presented.

Everything was completed in time and with proper communication.

The first animations, even before the iterations were really pleasing and I remembered being impressed with Human's ability to capture a story.

We've received a pretty nice feedback from our 36 employees and many of our customers. That was our main goal and with Human we managed to complete it.

They were well-organized but very creative —a rare combination especially that it was complemented with high quality of final result.

A way that the owner - Tom - create and manage relation with customer - it's a really client centric attitude.

They work long hours, look like almost 24/7, maybe they should rest more :)
