I'm a manager at Quick Train Canada, an organization powered by C2R2, a coalition of leading colleges, cégeps, and polytechnics from across Canada. We connect learners, institutes, and employers through accessible, short-cycle training that supports a resilient, future-ready workforce.

What challenge were you trying to address with Azuro Digital?

We engaged Azuro Digital to improve the overall effectiveness of our platform, focusing on strengthening the learner experience and increasing engagement with training opportunities. Key objectives included simplifying navigation, enhancing accessibility, and creating a more intuitive, user-friendly interface to support learners in moving from search to enrollment.We also wanted to improve how training is surfaced and accessed through advanced and skills-based search functionality, better highlight fully and partially funded opportunities, and increase platform visibility through SEO. In addition, we wanted to implement enhanced analytics to support improved tracking of user behavior and inform ongoing optimization.Overall, we wanted Azuro Digital to deliver a more accessible, high-performing, and learner-centered platform that better connects users to relevant, in-demand training.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Azuro Digital led the redesign and development of our platform to improve usability, accessibility, and overall performance. Their scope of work included technical discovery, UX/UI design, and full website redevelopment.Key deliverables included a new, conversion-focused website design with improved navigation and accessibility features; development and launch of the updated website; integration of streamlined, user-friendly forms to support learner engagement; and enhancements to search functionality, including advanced filters and a skills-based search feature to better connect users with relevant training.Azuro Digital also implemented SEO improvements to increase platform visibility, integrated enhanced analytics to support performance tracking and reporting, and supported content migration to the new platform. In addition, they contributed to the development of a partner-facing dashboard to support ongoing platform management.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, had a great culture fit, offered good value for cost, had company values aligned with ours, and had previous work and website design that we liked.

We worked together from November 2025–March 31, 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The relaunch delivered a fully redesigned, accessible website with enhanced navigation and streamlined user pathways, improving the learner experience from search to enrollment. New functionality, including advanced search filters and a skills-based search feature, has strengthened how users identify and connect with relevant training opportunities.Our platform now more effectively highlights fully and partially funded training, supporting increased access for equity-deserving learners. SEO improvements have also strengthened the platform’s visibility, contributing to increased discoverability of training opportunities.In addition, the integration of enhanced analytics tools provides the ability to track user behavior, engagement, and conversions more effectively. This represents a significant improvement in our capacity to measure performance, assess impact, and continuously optimize the platform based on data.Since the relaunch of the platform, early performance data indicates positive user engagement and improved visibility. We’ve recorded 834 unique visitors, 976 sessions, and 1,631 page views, demonstrating active user interaction with the site.Launch day generated 137 visitors, indicating strong initial interest and an effective rollout. Early traffic growth continued, with 250 visitors recorded shortly after launch, including 33% originating from direct search, suggesting improved visibility and user intent to access the platform.These early indicators suggest that the redesigned platform is successfully attracting users and encouraging deeper engagement. The improved navigation, search functionality, and clearer pathways to training are supporting users in exploring multiple pages per session and interacting more meaningfully with available content.

Azuro Digital demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. Their team was highly responsive, proactive, and easy to work with, maintaining clear and consistent communication across all stages of the project.They were quick to address questions and feedback and consistently brought forward thoughtful recommendations that helped strengthen the overall platform. Their ability to adapt and provide solutions contributed to an efficient and collaborative process.The project was delivered on time, meeting agreed-upon timelines and expectations. Overall, Azuro Digital provided a positive and well-managed experience from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most about working with Azuro Digital was their responsiveness and ability to quickly translate feedback into meaningful improvements. Their team was highly collaborative, receptive to input, and efficient in implementing changes without slowing down project momentum. Their time management was particularly impressive. They successfully redesigned and delivered two websites within a 14–20-week timeframe while maintaining quality and consistency across both builds. This level of efficiency, combined with their proactive communication and problem-solving approach, made them a reliable and effective partner throughout the project.

Azuro Digital has helped us merge our old information into a beautiful, easy-to-navigate new website. The team has listed all our old pages, forms, and URLs and designed a new wireframe based on our suggestions. Azuro Digital has also been responsible for tweaking workflows, suggesting new forms, and helping with SEO, analytics, searchability, and training. The team has done website development on WordPress and content migration.

We started working together in July 2025. Our project has ended, and now we have help from them based on what is needed at the time.

Since working with Azuro Digital, we’ve seen an increase in customer visits, form completions, and calendar event submissions. We’ve also received positive feedback from users and stakeholders about the new website’s usability and effectiveness; they love the look and ease of navigation.

Azuro Digital has been super responsive. If they don’t have an answer, they look for one and help us find solutions to problems in a timely manner. The team is extremely professional and operates in a timely fashion. We communicate via virtual meetings and emails.

Azuro Digital goes above and beyond our expectations and suggests solutions we haven’t even thought of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The French translation app we’re using works for now, but we might need to explore other options for a French side in the future. This isn’t Azuro Digital’s fault; it just fell out of the project’s scope.
