The LLT Groups created an attractive and easy to use e-commerce platform that showcased our products in an orderly and persuasive way. The exhaustive product pages, containing descriptions, manuals and beautiful pictures really helped us to communicate the benefits of our products to the health-conscious individuals. One of the most important deliverables was to come up with a recommendation engine that could make use of advanced algorithms to analyze customer’s browsing history, previous purchases and custom made health assessments. This enabled tailored product suggestions for every single customer leading to improved customer engagement and increased sales conversion rate.

The measurable outcomes from this project have been extremely positive. Since launching the new e-commerce platform and recommendation engine, we've seen a significant increase in website traffic, engagement, and conversions. The team built the project using BigCommerce and Bloomreach for our CMS, search, and engagement tools. They also use a PIM system called Catsy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LLT Group's work quality has met our expectations. We haven't seen an increase in sales because we're not doing e-commerce right off the bat. The e-commerce platform we've launched is for a select partner group. Sales are difficult to use as a metric, but our visits and exposure have increased. We've seen larger numbers than we've seen on our other website. Our keyword rankings have increased. We saw 65% increase in overall site traffic and 40% boost in keyword ranking. The increase was observed within the First three month after the site was lunch in January 2025.

How did LLT Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Sarah, the project manager, has been great. She understands our project and everything else, and it's very easy to work with her. They've delivered on time and within budget. We use Jira and Confluence. We have weekly calls and emails. If I need to call Sarah or even John, I can just pick up the phone and call them.

I've never heard the word “no” from them. They've said, “Let's check into that and see what we can do.” It's been a partnership. They've said, “Let's see what we can do and what we can fit in.”

Our SEO saw a significant improvement. Previously, we were appearing on the second page of search results for internet service providers in one of our key service areas — now, we’ve moved up to the first page. The feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’ve seen a 38% increase in web traffic and click-through rates.

There weren’t any bugs during the process, but a few minor issues came up during the launch that weren’t caused by LLT Group. We had several internal components, such as our ordering system, that needed to be integrated. Additionally, we had a chatbot for customer service and tech support, and LLT Group had to configure the site to call the actual app in order to embed the chatbot successfully.

LLT Group did great and delivered work on time. Every Thursday, we had a team meeting via Google Meet to show me the progress and ask questions. We also used Zoom for weekly updates. LLT Group exceeded our expectations and was happy to help with any questions.

We've had very positive feedback on the professional page that LLT Group designed. We've also used that direct link to attract more clients to our portfolio, specifically those not in the New England region. Overall, LLT Group helped us expand our geography quite a bit. Our website was able to load a larger audience from different regions, and we saw a 41% increase in traffic visits in late 2024.

We mostly communicated via email, and LLT Group's email response was always great and met expectations. We also did Zoom calls if needed, and those were always scheduled and upheld in a timely manner. We had a lot of changes throughout the process, so we didn't agree to a strict budget or cost estimate; it was pretty flexible with what we wanted to add to the website.

However, I'm not sure if a more structured process would benefit those clients who aren't in the creative field. In that sense, more standard templates or procedures could be helpful in the early stages.
