The project management from the Growexx team met and exceeded my expectations. I had a dedicated Product Owner (PO) and Technical Project Manager (TPM) who were driving the whole project. They provided an initial project plan that was detailed and comprehensive, outlining the scope, timeline, and milestones. They were particular about following this plan through, ensuring that each phase of the project was executed as scheduled. Throughout the development process, the team was proactive in reaching out to me to resolve any issues and get clarifications for features. As I introduced new features or changes, the plan was accurately updated to reflect these additions without disrupting the overall timeline. This flexibility and attention to detail were crucial in accommodating my evolving needs. All my feedback was taken into consideration and consistently followed up on, demonstrating their commitment to delivering a product that met my expectations. The Growexx team was highly responsive to my needs, addressing any concerns or questions I had promptly. Their proactive communication and problem-solving approach helped keep the project on track and mitigated potential issues before they could impact the timeline. The work was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and I was regularly updated on the progress through detailed reports and Jira tracking.
