Medhub by Novartis Pharma
The Client: Novartis Pharma
We created a MedHub solution to strengthen the Pharma-physician relationship giving them an HCP portal that also supports quick access to the clients.
Novartis serves areas of great medical need by supplying medicines as well as health and safety-related products to people and professionals.
DigiTrends and Novartis partnered to find a way to keep in touch with healthcare communities around the globe to respond to the after-effect of the Novel Covid’19.
The Problem
There is a growing need to build a community of physicians and healthcare providers that can be accessed online.
- 63% of pulmonologists want pharmaceutical companies to provide science-based education resources.
- Research indicates correlation between non-promotional demand and and pharmaceutical products is very low.
- 61% of gastroenterologists believe that professional, informative videos can guide their clinical decisions.
The Solution
We set out to create Medhub as a powerful portal that offers unbridled effectiveness in providing information well beyond what has been delivered beyond pharmaceutical reps so far.
The aim was to provide content and services beyond mere promotion and offer value using a dedicated HCP portal. This included specialized content that is easily accessible for physicians.

Gastro Premier League - VR Game Design
Medical VR, training, and quiz solutions have always been messy, tedious, and out-of-date.
We've lifted the standard by giving over 5000 present, and aspiring medical professionals access to a cutting-edge virtual reality game.
This game was a huge hit for our client, and it improved the quality of physician engagement initiatives in MENAP.
The Problem
It's difficult for pharmaceutical corporations to keep track of and communicate with skilled doctors. Every day, they seek to find new ways and approaches to guarantee that pharmaceutical corporations are as engaged with doctors as possible.
For marketing purposes, involving doctors and getting them on board is critical. However, completing this task is a significant undertaking. On the other hand, companies like our client are not allowed to force doctors to promote their products openly. As a result, our client required new activities to ensure that doctors were present and engaged to the fullest extent possible.
The Gastro Premier League came up with the idea for this knowledge-based virtual reality game, which consisted of three levels. The first level, Sawal Ki Talash, requires the doctors to wear a virtual reality headset and play the game. They needed to locate a box containing a question. The player would next pose the question to his or her teammates.
The second round involves hitting the dart on the board using a joystick.

Muber
MUBER - COMMUNITY | WEB PORTAL | MARKETPLACE
Finding a platform that gives you academic facilities, clinical opportunities, work during the lockdown, and no headaches for the payment is quite hard. Muber is giving away these facilities through its intelligent and smart features.
Log in as a doctor, create a profile, set up your specialty, check out the latest content, and also avail of the courses. One can also connect with other doctors for a thoughtful discussion on different case studies. Read, learn, market yourself as a doctor and have a secure payment process too.
As a patient, you get to have a choice of doctors. Check out the specialties, connect, talk, get online consultancy services and also learn anything you need to about your ongoing health issues anytime.
Healthcare is available at a Single Tap with Muber
Doctors have a purpose of serving, and we have observed our heroes even in times of pandemics. Muber is here to facilitate their services, especially for tough times like COVID. Besides, reaching out to every patient when most needed is a necessary part of any healthcare system.
DigiTrends had a great challenge in completing this portal. However, the team worked with an open mind and provided all the needed features from the HCP portal to the secure payment system in it.
Technology used
We used smart logic to keep content display unique for every profile. Rest, many different frameworks and high-tech are used to offer feasibility and convenience to both parties. The major benefit is that the web portal and app works on all desktop and mobile devices.
How we did it?
We had a team over for a discussion on the issues that doctors or patients face when they need to connect or find any relevant information without going through the bulk of other studies. The team worked on the plan, design and decided on a roadmap to follow. Finally, we had our app and portal serving the best.

Pfizer - Tum Jiyo Hazaaro Saal
Dialogue and prompt action on pneumonia prevention are more than necessary now!
Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs that impacts people of all ages, especially the elderly, i.e., people over 65. Vaccines are key to preventing this from happening, and our job was to raise awareness about it.
The Problem
The client was looking for a public service campaign that went beyond newspaper and radio station offerings. With a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, the public must be made aware of pneumonia vaccination. Anyone who sells vaccines will attest to the fact that there are certain inherent challenges to convincing people to vaccinate.
The Solution
We realized early on that someone who has seen a relevant video or visited a website may be more receptive and inclined to hear the news about pneumonia risks and vaccines. Conversations between risks and benefits of the vaccine are further validated between the doctor and the patient.
Social Media Campaign
We have launched events and awareness-raising activities at the city level through social media. We have targeted MENAPi via the following platforms.
Dedicated Website
We have created a clean, simple and state-of-the-art landing site to enhance the brand and product image of Pfizer vaccines. The goal was to minimize distractions and entice the visitor to register for the vaccination.
Targeted Marketing
We deployed Eskimi, a modern AdTech platform that helped us find and target unique audiences based on their location, devices, interests, and more. This aided our reach to people who visited specific areas.
The Result
The 3-month long campaign delivered spectacularly on all counts. The social media campaign alone logged 10 million unique impressions. The 'Tum Jiyo Hazaaro Saal' website continues to dispel myths about Pneumonia vaccinations, while the digital and social media campaign supports conversations with followers about the myths and facts of pneumococcal Pneumonia.

Ace Marathon
Usually, the collaboration or round table discussions among doctors and sales representatives are boring.
We have changed this for the long term by introducing quizzes during RTD. Professionals can happily engage by answering questions and receiving rewards. It brings around 5000 doctors from all over the place. Ultimately, making sessions fun and engaging.
This platform serves the purpose of collaboration among sales representatives and doctors through smooth interaction.
The Problem
Abbott has always played a vital role in scientific knowledge and practices in medicines. Being the largest healthcare institute, Abbott constantly strives to engage doctors and bring out the best in the industry.
However, this time, it was a bit challenging as the activities carried out were turning out to be boring with poor results. This was a challenging phase for the company. To gather doctors on a single table for discussions while getting them engaged wasn't going so great.
The main challenge was to ease the engagement among sales representatives and the doctors from the fields of Pain, Gastro, and CNS. Every day, these representatives struggle with having doctors sit around and talk. They were now looking for a solution to reduce the awkwardness and increase engagement.
The Solution
We aced up the game by introducing the fun game. We brought the idea to develop a platform for both Abbott’s main management and sales representatives.
However, this time, it was a bit challenging as the activities carried out were turning out to be boring with poor results. This was a challenging phase for the company. To gather doctors on a single table for discussions while getting them engaged wasn't going so great.

FootPrint - Bespoke Homemade Shoes Marketplace
The Footprint is a US-based company for your tailor-made shoes. Footprint has a complete setup in their warehouse to prepare the shoes as per your feet size and structure. We provided the online web portal for the e-commerce platform along with the content management system. It has a smooth ordering process with a high-security payment system.
The web portal is easy to navigate and allows customers to go through the previous catalogs smoothly. Clients can take their time to look into the catalog and make a decision easily.
The Problem
People go through tough times or end up damaging their heels severely because of wearing uneven shoes or the ones with wrong measurements. Imagine having an important meeting to attend, but your feet are hurting while you are walking to the meeting room. This inconvenience can ruin your whole day.
Footprint decided to take away the problem by offering tailor-made solutions for comfortable footwear.
As a result, the lack of a web and app solution to promote a business is a major issue. However, if DigiTrends is your technology partner, you can sit back and relax while we work on the solution.
The Solution
DigiTrends is already popular for its amazing work in technology solutions for various companies and industries. For the footprint company, we offered web and e-commerce solutions that also cater to content management needs.
The complete solution provides audiences with the information and Footprint with the online management system. Customers will get access to the full view of all types of catalogs of shoes and their accessories.
How we did it?
Our team read the system and took notes on e-commerce businesses. They jotted down the needs for online security, content management, and customer feasibility to meet the ends. Then, they developed the ultimate web solution for people to check out the catalog, even before visiting the shop or talking to the consultants.

Interactive Patient Simulation
A patient in the emergence rooms is usually in critical condition any judgmental errors can be fatal. This is where Pakistan's first on-screen simulator came into play. This system helped RMOs and DPs to perform their duties without any errors.
The Problem
The medical field is faced with multiple challenges every day. It is crucial for the medical team in the ER to have hands-on experience before treating a patient. The challenge was to get the young doctors hands-on experience in multiple scenarios before they can actually start treating the patients in the ER.
Getz Pharma and GSK approached DigiTrends with a challenge where they can create a digital solution that can help the young doctors can practice over real-time scenarios and experience the possible outcomes on how they can treat the patient.
Another challenging phase was for the pharmaceutical companies, as their RTDs and events were relatively boring and, was unable to convey the necessary message to medical specialists. They were looking for something to focus more on the interactive solution that would streamline the learning process and better focus on the well-being of the patient.
The Solution
We offered the idea of an on-screen simulator. The main goal was to focus on the patient's well-being and improved learning experience for the doctors. Our creative team of engineers sat down together to come up with an IDS that would help increase the effectiveness of the message.
Additionally, the solution is also useful for pharmaceutical companies to foster informed meetings during their RTD and events.
How we did it?
We asked senior physicians and some resident physicians to help us identify potential problems with the current learning system. Then our research team did their homework on the simulator to finally come up with the idea of a rich screen simulator with multiple features that focus on all aspects of emergency practice.

BeeSmart Rx Health
We created an innovative mobile app for BeeSmart Rx Health to help patients/people streamline the complicated medication approval process.
The app simplified the overall process and made it easier for people/patients to purchase the required medicines while adding additional features.
The problem:
Around the world, people/patients have difficulties with the medication approval procedure. The prescribed medications must be purchased from the pharmacy covered by the patient's health insurance. The patient had to go through the lengthy prescription approval process if the drug wasn't available at the insured pharmacy, which was bothersome. The entire process consumed a lot of time and energy.
The solution:
We created the "BeeSmart" mobile app as the industry's leading innovator of digital solutions to speed up the entire pharmaceutical approval procedure. Patients can upload their prescriptions using this app by taking pictures of them. To help doctors spend more time caring for their patients, the app also provides extra capabilities like e-prescribing. BeeSmart also offers a support option that allows doctors to send encouraging words to patients while monitoring their progress.
The "manage" section of the app provided a structured area to keep track of patients, prescriptions, payments, and preferences. Additionally, the app delivers alerts and notifications and includes several other unique features, including scanning patient identification codes and medication lists. The app assisted in expediting the entire pharmaceutical approval procedure.

Berocca Bayer
We developed a one stop all in one website for Berocca a product of Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Berocca is basically 12 important vitamins and minerals in a pill that has undergone clinical testing and has shown substantial improvements in the health of candidates. Whatever everyday obstacles you encounter, Berocca facilitates the release of energy so that you may perform at your peak.
Purchasing a Berocca couldn't be easier. Berocca is a small dose of optimism to help you feel your best.
The Problem
Bayer required consumer healthcare website developer for their product website in Pakistan that requires Drupal technology. Due to scarcity of Drupal engineers in Pakistan this seemed like an impossible task. For this purpose Digitrends were approached because they have expert Drupal engineers in their team. Thus Digitrends collaborated with Bayer in this global initiative to develop Berocca product based website.
The Solution
Digitrends team includes expert Drupal engineers to develop consumer healthcare website for Berocca products that are Effervescent Tablets which are multivitamins for people. Bayer launched a global project to develop consumer healthcare products worldwide and for their Pakistan launch they selected DigiTrends due to our expertise in Drupal Technology and pharmaceuticals.

Chemist Connect
DigiTrends collaborated with Pfizer to develop a solution that bridges the gap between the chemist, distributor and the pharmaceutical company. The application intends to curb the inefficiencies in the pharma-supply chain network by empowering clients with a self-ordering feature, with seam less top-ups in 24 Hours
The Problem:
The conventional system employed by Pharma companies for the disbursements of medicines is unable to keep up with the vigorous supply and demand situation of the country. The system had been lagging significantly, because of delays in the visits of Pharma representatives to their targeted locations.
1. 75% of the chemists believe that the current systems is unable to meet the rising market demand
2. 90% of the chemists were of the view that a self-ordering application will significantly curb the lay overs and reduce the waiting time tremendously.
3. 4 of the 5 Pharma companies under the market research review, believed that they will be better able to reach out and expand their network with an application
The Solution:
Chemist Connect is a robust solution which enables retailer pharmacists to place order directly from their mobile phones to distributors. The application has customized dashboards for Distributors, Sales Agents, and Admins. The order tracking feature of the mobile application facilitates pharmacists to place orders. Pharma admin can assign new products and also add quantity of available stock for each product. Analytics & Reports for all 4 stakeholders are integrated within the app and portal.

Fraizeron Secukinumab
We helped Novartis with the awareness campaign for “Fraizeron,” which is now indicated for treating moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for patients six years and older.
Novartis helps areas with high medical needs by giving individuals and professionals access to medications and items linked to health and safety.
DigiTrends and Novartis collaborated to create a means to stay in touch with the global healthcare communities.
The problem:
Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes flaky skin patches to form scales. The patches may seem pink or red, and the scales may be white or silvery on dark, black, or white skin. The patches and scales can appear purple or dark brown on brown and black skin.
Novartis needed an awareness campaign regarding Fraizeron, which is now available in formulations for kids aged six years and older.
The Solution
Being the leading innovator in providing digital solutions, DigiTrends created a massive awareness campaign for Fraizeron. Our solution included unique visuals for their four categories, namely:
· Look better
· Move better
· Feel better
· Feel safe We added all the psoriasis-related visuals and colors to the overall campaign materials, like standees and drop cards for physicians, and correlated all the visuals with the necessary information. The campaign turned out fascinating and helped all healthcare professionals create awareness efficiently regarding psoriasis.

Raftaar
We created Raftaar with Burque Corporation; it is an application that brings together all stakeholders in the supply and distribution system, building a transformative supercharged network that generates higher capital for grocers, by empowering them through technology.
Delivering FMGC products to far-flung villages to super-marts in metropolitan cities, Burque is one of the largest sales management and Distribution Company in the region, DigiTrends partnered with Burque to curtail the inefficiencies in the retail network.
The Problem
The conventional means of reaching out to the retailers had not been delivering up to the mark in this fast pace industry of FMGC. During the MVP development process we came across the following statistics;
1. Retailers faced inefficiencies as they have to wait for the scheduled arrival of the disbursements and they have little access to the new products in the market
2. 75% of the retailers said to have faced sudden stock outs and believe that a self-ordering application can help them to avoid such occurrences.
3. More than 80% of the FMGC companies believe they can better reach out to the retailers with the help of an automated system and can expand their clientele.
The Solution
DigiTrends created Raftaar which is a consumer-centered marketplace via organized user and rider apps. With top merchandisers at the fingerprints of the retailers, they have access to select from the largest product range for inventory. It brings all the stakeholders in the retail network on one platform.

Redoxon
We developed a website for Bayer’s Redoxon that matches the colour scheme of the offered items. Our designs included vibrant visuals that matched their branding to strengthen their brand identification.
Bayer’s Redoxon product line supports the immune system and keeps it functioning at its best. The goal is to support people in understanding the value of maintaining peak physical condition and helping them do so.
The problem:
Redoxon produces products that preserve your body's natural defender in top condition and has 88 years of expertise with Vitamin C. They intended for individuals to recognize the value of maintaining optimum performance and to assist them in doing so. They sought a website that would serve this purpose and provide all the information about vitamins, minerals, the immune system, colds and flu, preventing infections, etc.
The solution:
Following Redoxon's specifications, we developed a user-friendly website and added all relevant details and visuals. We used Drupal Technology for this website.
The website makes it easier for users to navigate and search. Users can get more details about Redoxon products in the frequently asked questions section. The website is a one-stop shop where customers can purchase products and acquire all relevant information. To further strengthen their brand identification, we developed this website using the same intriguing colour palette as their products.

Genecipher for Roche Pharma
The Problem
Cell mutation, sometimes known as cancer, is the result of alterations in a cell's DNA or RNA. The mutation, however, is person-specific, meaning that each person's malignant cells are distinct because mutations vary in kind, quantity, and cancer forms. Even if a person has the same cancer type as another person, their mutations may be distinct and necessitate a different course of therapy.
By determining the person's DNA and/or RNA mutations, Foundation Medicine Inc. (FMI); a product of Roche pharma, enables the doctor to provide a more specialized and tailored therapy with fewer side effects and a better outcome. Based on this knowledge, an interactive card based game was developed to help HCPs pre-identify mutations in various cancer cells.
The Solution
This card game turned out to be a novel development in learning more about cancerous gene mutation which helps in early identification of cell mutation that in turn helps in treatment and management for cancer in an early stage. All cards will be displayed for 5 seconds and then flipped and shuffled with ref showing only on the first slide. On every wrong selection, the health will decline and the HCP will lose 100 points. The health meter will start blinking if the HCP chooses 2 wrong cards. Once the health meter starts blinking, a pop up will appear suggesting the HCP to click the FMI button to find the mutations to save the patient's life. On the click of the FMI button, BONUS cards will appear showing all the mutations and new ones that were found by FMI.
On 3 wrong selections, the health will further decline and the tissue samples will end. Since the coins will be less than 300, the FMI button will be disabled. A pop will appear suggesting to try again to save the patient’s life. The Try Again button will reset the cards, health, tissues and coins but will not change the time remaining. The HCP will have to complete the game with in the given time or else they will lose the game.

Zinc Club
Digitrends created a game for Abbott to engage HCP’s in learning more about zinc and its importance to the human body. Abbott required an impacting campaign to bring awareness about zinc deficiencies and how they affect people in front of everyone.
Abbott is aware that maintaining excellent health is the foundation of enjoying a fulfilling life. Abbott commits to life-changing technologies that bring information, medicines and breakthroughs for people to manage their health effectively.
The Problem
Short height, weakened immune system, and other conditions including respiratory infections, malaria, and diarrheal illnesses are the main health effects of zinc deficiency.
When compared to iron insufficiency, which accounts for around 6% of worldwide DALYs, zinc deficiency has a larger impact on death rates, causing 2.7% of DALYs globally. Since zinc deficiency has a detrimental effect on health and can cause impairments including cognitive impairment and reduced job ability, low- and middle-income developing nations are the most affected.
The Solution
Zinc Club is a game created for HCP engagement created to bring about more awareness regarding zinc and its deficiencies along with treatment and management. In this game 4 teams participated through a team selection game as well. Once the teams are formed, a total of 3 main rounds were played. Each team has a lifeline option and the team which scored the highest will win.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigiTrends, and what were your goals?
Typically, we would send a medical representative to meet with the doctors to offer pertinent information on pharmaceutical products. However, most product presentations contain a tonne of information that might not be pertinent to the visit. We wanted to be able to track exactly what was shown to the doctors because there was no other way to measure the KPI for Medicals Rep. We chose DigiTrends to develop a system that would let the admin know precisely what was shown to the doctors and how interesting the session had been. The developed solution would then enable us to determine the level of engagement (based on the length of time spent on each slide or piece of material, the slides that were actually shown, and whether the doctor exhibited interest or not).

I am currently working as a Brand Manager and previously as a Digital Transformation lead for Bayer Pakistan Consumer Healthcare division
For what projects/services did your company hire DigiTrends, and what were your goals?
Bayer Pakistan Consumer Healthcare Division wished that their customer has a deep understanding of what their product is. For this purpose, we came up with a solution to provide our products individual representation online. Digitrends was required to work on three of our products, and provide us with consumer health care mini websites with Drupal framework. The products were:
- Rennie peppermint tablets
- Redoxon multivitamins
- Berocca effervescent tablets.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Digitrends is one of the few countable firms that have Drupal-certified engineers. Plus, their previous endeavors with other pharmaceutical companies like Meiji and GSK have made them quite well known in the industry for providing a technological solution for pharma-related concerns. Their command over technology, software, and Drupal technology primarily, became the choosing factor for us. They had the resources and experience required, thus, we choose Digitrends for this project
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We required mini websites for three of our products. They were required to be:
- Based on Drupal technology
- Consumer-friendly
- Mobile reactive
- Efficiently designed
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A team of 4 individuals worked on our project, including, two Drupal-certified engineers, one project coordinator, and one project manager efficiently worked on the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
This project proved to be quite influential for our firm. The efficiently designed and developed websites about our products helped consumers greatly. When a customer knows what they need they don’t take long to attain it and that’s what these mini websites did. Physicians were able to access the detail regarding these 3 products whenever they liked irrespective of their location. This project was a global initiative as well and helped Bayers pharmaceutical raise product awareness.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project was delivered on time and each step was communicated between us and Digitrends without a delay. Their project manager gave us every detail constantly while the developers worked on our mini websites.

I would highly recommend Digitrends for their advanced digital solutions and innovative ideas to digitalize the healthcare sector. We required the unique Drupal technology framework, which seemed harder to reach in Pakistan. However, Digitrends, with its wide range of services and high-tech solutions made the process easier to achieve. While working with them, their punctuality and attitude towards the project only strengthened our views for them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can’t think of any improvements required related to the project. Bayer pharmaceuticals wish Digitrends luck for their future ventures and look forward to working with them on more projects in near future

Please describe your company and your position there.
I was working as Digital Transformation Manager at Novartis Pakistan; which is a leading name in the medicinal sector and aims to digitalize the healthcare engagement practices
For what projects/services did your company hire DigiTrends, and what were your goals?
During COVID outbreak, all the face to face engagement were restrained, therefore, it was quite difficult for us to engage the doctors. Hence, we hired Digitrends to produce a web-based game to educate and engage the doctors online. This gaming experience was case based patient stories which was quite beneficial for us to provide a learning experience to the doctors virtually.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We ran an RFP through which we discovered Digitrends. During our initial meetings in the process of choosing the suitable digital agency for our project, we were informed that Digitrends has a team of doctors who will assist in preparing cases.
After developing the cases, the software professionals converted the real time cases into a game-based learning platform. Thus, Digitrends provided us 2-in-1 solution where customized medical information was disseminated through engaging gamification platform. .
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Novartis required an online web-based platform, a highly responsive website that can manage the engagement of 100 HCPs at a given time. We required the game to be designed for a web page and not a mobile app to run a virtual game Once the moderator would initiate, all doctors could interact and play with ease, whilst learning new medicinal information and case-related data.
Unity 3D was used to design the system. Multiple cases of product indications were curated which were related to Pain management, Dentistry, ENT, Arthritis etc. Fictional cases were made with voiceovers and animated assistance to provide originality and enhance user experience.
The gamification provided an end to end engagement experience to the group of doctors who were glued until the end of the game. A score board was generated in the end providing a sense of achievement to the professionals while keeping them in touch with the latest medical data.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A blend of 10 resources were utilized from Digitrends which included:
- doctors
- project manager
- developers
- QA professionals
- data lead
- Unity 3D experts
- client service manager
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Through the Novartis gaming experience, we were able to engage more than 1500 HCPs in multiple engagement session across the country. The fun engagement motivated the doctors to keep themselves in the loop of medicinal study; especially during the days when they were unable to attend face to face learning sessions. These sessions also gave them an opportunity to interact and discuss the cases within themselves after the end of the game.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Digitrends has the speciality in managing communication via contemporary project management tools. This assisted in managing the software workflow with ease. They met all the deadlines and kept a thorough check on all the deliverables during our interaction.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Digitrends provided a guided path for our vision and followed along till the end. Digitrends holds a unique capability of mastering the software technicality alongside the medical intricate detailing. Digitrends is a unique blend of tech experts with medicinal guidance which has given them an edge in the market.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As far as my experience is concerned, I was contended and satisfied with their overall performance and follow-up on the project.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Head of MIS in a pharmaceutical company having sales force of above 1000 individuals across Pakistan.
For what projects/services did your company hire DigiTrends, and what were your goals?
We would generally have our Medical representative visit the Physicians to present targeted content for Pharma Products. However, Product presentations in general are filled with lots of details which may not be relevant with respect to the visit. Our goal was to be able to track exactly what was shown to the doctors as the KPI for Medicals Rep wouldn’t be measured any other way.
We picked DigiTrends to come up with a solution through which the Admin would know what was exactly shown to the doctors and how engaging the session had been. Subsequently, the implemented solution would allow us to calculate the engagement (timeframe on each slide/content, tracking of which slides were shown, and whether the physician showed interested or not).
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
DigiTrends had previously implemented a similar solution for GSK and had a versatile Healthcare portfolio that made us believe that they would deliver.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The software Scope is as follows:
- Detailing: Allows Medical Rep to present a cloud powered

- Presentation should have Animation and Videos
- Tracking for each slide with timeframe spent
- Reporting on the Admin side .Net for backend and React Native for mobile applications were used to developed the solution.
