Fidia identified the necessity of Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) to empower their representatives in delivering precise and customized information to healthcare professionals regarding their hyaluronic acid products. 

In response to this need, we forged a strategic partnership with DigiTrends, an esteemed digital transformation company renowned for offering extensive digital transformation solutions across diverse industries. They provided us their e-detailing suit that was a compete one stop solution for our requirements.

Typically, we would send a medical representative to meet with the doctors to offer pertinent information on pharmaceutical products. However, most product presentations contain a tonne of information that might not be pertinent to the visit. We wanted to be able to track exactly what was shown to the doctors because there was no other way to measure the KPI for Medicals Rep. We chose DigiTrends to develop a system that would let the admin know precisely what was shown to the doctors and how interesting the session had been. The developed solution would then enable us to determine the level of engagement (based on the length of time spent on each slide or piece of material, the slides that were actually shown, and whether the doctor exhibited interest or not).

We had faith in DigiTrends because they had previously executed a comparable solution for GSK and had a broad healthcare portfolio.

The software Scope is as follows:

• Detailing: Allows Medical Rep to present a cloud powered
• Presentation: Presentation slide must be interconnected Presentation should have Animation and Videos Tracking for each slide with timeframe spent Reporting on the Admin side .Net for backend and React Native for mobile applications were used to developed the solution.

There were between 6 and 8 resources working on the project. Front-end developers and project managers Backend Programmers Lead UX designer for data.
