We have developed the DoKapsy app, a laboratory of innovative ideas for ČSOB clients and the general public. The app's key features include access to smart banking services, payment cards, discount coupons, and payment options for public transport tickets, parking, fuel at petrol stations, and train tickets. These innovative features have led to the app having over 285K users and ranking high in application stores.

DoKapsy shifted from traditional waterfall management to agile methodology, which allowed for flexibility in responding to changing requirements. By breaking the project into iterative sprints, resources were allocated more efficiently, project goals were better understood, and transparency increased. Regular meetings helped identify potential problems early and find effective solutions.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work was to create a mobile application for an Android and an iOS platform written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and Swift with SwiftUI and the latest technologies. So we created a timeline with a few milestones, first one was the ability to make an order with payment on the delivery, the second one was the biggest and it was to enable internal testing with almost all functionalities, the third one was final touches for friends and family testing and the last one was final touches with bugfixes and go-live release.

Deliverables on time and scope agreed with.

The project management was divided between both sides not only Etnetera Flow, there were a few hiccups but we were able to come up with a solution to be able to deliver on time. They were proactive in identifying and solving issues.

Excellent for user and technical approach with great technical leadership.

To minimize bumps on the road. We needed to exchange a few developers due to their underperformance.
