The key outcomes were speed and execution: the new site launched on time and within budget, and it’s noticeably fast and smooth across devices. In the first few days post-launch we’ve already seen strong early performance, including two good days of results.

PixelForce has deployed our platform to production, and users are accessing the system. Learners are going to the website to purchase driving lessons. We’ve seen a progressive take-up from 10 new learners per day in 2018 to now over 200 new learners buying lessons per day.

Moreover, we’ve tracked full funnel performance, booking hours per learner, match rate, search conversion, instructor coverage, instructor availability, and utilization rate of instructor time.
