Over the next five-plus years, they continued to evolve both our consumer-facing mobile and web applications, while also scaling and strengthening our back-end CMS and infrastructure to handle significant user growth. Their ability to iterate quickly while building for scale was a key driver in Sweat’s long-term success

We found PixelForce through a referral. We chose them because of the work and success of the business that referred them.

We started working together in January 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
PixelForce has deployed our platform to production, and users are accessing the system. Learners are going to the website to purchase driving lessons. We’ve seen a progressive take-up from 10 new learners per day in 2018 to now over 200 new learners buying lessons per day.
Moreover, we’ve tracked full funnel performance, booking hours per learner, match rate, search conversion, instructor coverage, instructor availability, and utilization rate of instructor time.
How did PixelForce perform from a project management standpoint?
PixelForce uses Agile methodology and offers daily communication. The team is very responsive, including offering alternative approaches. We communicate face-to-face and via Slack.
What did you find most impressive or unique about them?
PixelForce’s ability to quickly understand our product and service is impressive. The team has identified all the possible features and functionality we require. They’ve come up with ideas that enhance our offering and have been able to leverage previous projects they’ve worked on.
