Initially, we engaged a team comprising two developers skilled in .Net and Python, alongside a single tester, to handle a client project focused on creating a reliable profit measurement solution. Subsequently, we transitioned to collaborating with a full-fledged Cogniteq team consisting of three developers, a project manager, two quality assurance experts, and a UI designer. 
This expanded team was dedicated to crafting a mobile app tailored for a logistics company, aiming to streamline shipment tracking across various stages. I believe it might be a bit premature to discuss deliverables as the platform the team is working on is quite extensive, and the completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2024. However, the team is meeting all client expectations admirably.

The first team has completed developing new features and fixing bugs in the initial project. As for the second phase of work, the team has completed the MVP and is currently engaged in refining and implementing new features.

Their price-to-quality ratio is simply excellent. What stood out to me was their proactive approach—whenever unsure, they consistently approached us with questions. Their commitment to clarifying requirements before diving into development was commendable. In contrast to some other companies I've encountered, where project managers rushed into building without a thorough understanding, we truly appreciated their cautious and thorough approach.

The only thing I can recall is that when we were assembling the team, not all the required developers were available, which forced us to delay the project kickoff by more than a week.

They’ve been really good at meeting all of our expected deadlines. We haven’t had any problems with any deliveries. Moreover, the latest app that I am talking about was built just within 4 months, and for an app with such functionality, it’s really impressive.
