The project's scope encompassed creating a scalable healthcare management solution integrating patient management, scheduling, billing, and administrative functionalities. The goal was to optimize operations within medical facilities, enhance patient experience, and ensure seamless resource allocation. As for the Cogniteq team - they mostly work on 2 modules - administrative dashboard and integration of the billing system.

The team swiftly commenced development, ensuring we met project deadlines. Moreover, they proposed integrating a more efficient payment service for the client project than originally envisioned.

We've overseen project management internally, but our collaboration involves regular brainstorming sessions with the team. Daily connections and consistent, open communication from both their developers and management have been satisfying. Our primary communication tools were Jira and Slack.

Actually, we worked with Cogniteq on several projects already but the latest one was an IoT app. The team helped us to build a mobile app for Android and iOS.

As I’ve already noted, we had successful previous experience working with this company, and we knew they had the expertise and developers needed for this project.

It is a mobile app that helps to control smart home devices remotely, including TV sets, kitchen appliances, lights, door locks and other devices that a user may have at home.

The client appreciated our ability to deliver on time and according to requirements, so now we discuss the scope for the second dev phase.

We like how all the processes are organized at Cogniteq. It is always pleasant and easy to communicate with guys. Moreover, their developers were good at identifying potential pitfalls before they occurred.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’ve been really good at meeting all of our expected deadlines. We haven’t had any problems with any deliveries. Moreover, the latest app that I am talking about was built just within 4 months, and for an app with such functionality, it’s really impressive.

No, not that I can think of.

The workflow was effective and efficient and the communication was great. Their feedback about how each solution affects the cost and quality was very helpful to us as a startup. We have a great relation with Cogniteq: it feels like we are one team. The MVP was delivered within time and budget.
