The platform has seen a 29% increase in conversion in the first year. Empat did a lot of A/B testing and laid out a clear strategy for us, so these numbers are great and beyond what we had expected.

We have daily and weekly calls, so communication’s good. Their project manager maintains a bridge between their team and ours, ensuring we’re all on the same page. They meet milestones and deliver results on time. Their team’s efficient.

We had weekly meetings with a team to be on the same page about development. After releasing the site, Empat constantly worked on improving its speed because we had lots of animation, which could be a problem, but wasn't for us, because the development team knew how to make fast and pretty.

We considered several options for local companies and chose Empat. Their CEO held an intro-meet for us, where we asked all the questions and got to know their approach to work, and we were quite satisfied with it.

As a result of our cooperation, we received a platform on which we can place information about our company and thus become closer and more open to our potential clients/partners. Also, the results of our research can be published and everyone can get acquainted with them. We are glad that we can broadcast information about ourselves and the fruits of our work to the masses.

After all the requirements and desires were agreed, we started working in the mode of 1 status check per week. Depending on what stage the project was at, the manager organized both internal meetings to discuss emerging issues and meetings with team members to present the results of the work done. The agreed deadlines were met.

The project was a great success. From start to finish, the guys were brilliant to work with. I presented a rough brief of what we wanted and they creatively and effectively delivered exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to develop a website from scratch and I really appreciate all the hard work.

The application is on its final stages to be launched to the market. But so far, we are very satisfied with the deliverables.

They leverage Jira, which has been effective in tracking the status of various tasks. Their project management style includes working in two-week sprints followed by PM and our approval. That’s been efficient, and we work well together as we implement changes into the app. During active development, we met every week.

The willingness to go above and beyond to achieve our goals and make us happy about our experience has never wavered. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had came from the team.
