We needed a reliable development partner who could turn a complex, multi-feature wellness concept into a stable, user-friendly mobile app for both iOS and Android. The challenge was translating a detailed vision and custom UX into a scalable, cross-platform product while ensuring performance, usability, and a smooth app store launch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HotShots Labs has been responsible for the full mobile app development and technical implementation of Quantum Body across iOS and Android using Flutter. They worked closely with our designer to translate the approved UX/UI into a fully functional product and handled all core engineering, testing, and launch support. Their scope included building the app, implementing all functionality, conducting QA and performance testing, setting up and submitting to both app stores, and providing complete handoff documentation with all technical details and access information. The main deliverable has been a live, production-ready mobile app for both platforms, built to scale and support future features.

The project moved from concept to live publication and now serves as the foundation for our growing digital wellness ecosystem.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HotShots Labs successfully launched a live, cross-platform mobile app for Quantum Body on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Key indicators of success include the completion of all core features as scoped, smooth app store approvals, and stable performance during internal testing and early use. For us, the biggest milestone has been moving Quantum Body from an idea into a real, downloadable product—validating both the concept and the technical execution.

Excellent. I truly can’t speak highly enough about our project manager and the entire experience. What was the scope of their involvement?

HotShots Labs rebuilt a complex Flutter app that we were managing on behalf of our client. We had already redesigned the app, and HotShots Labs was responsible for developing it. The team followed our detailed brief, designs, and specifications to develop the app. HotShots Labs handled the backend, frontend, integrations, analytics, and tracking. The team helped us launch the project on iOS and Android within the time we and our client were hoping to launch it.

HotShots Labs shipped sprints efficiently to achieve our launch date goal. We achieved significant app user numbers within the first three months. HotShots Labs built an app that supported tens of thousands of users without any issues. Scaling wasn’t a problem.

How did HotShots Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

HotShots Labs was there at every step, resolving any bugs or user issues we needed to resolve. The team also made significant and quick product updates during our launch based on user feedback. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

HotShots Labs provides regular progress updates and consistently meets deliverable goals for new development features. While the app hasn’t launched yet, the UX and features developed by HotShots Labs have delivered on my expectations. We’ve received great feedback from the initial beta test that we’re currently running. The positive feedback relates to the intuitive usability of the app, the overall look, and functionality.

1. Understand my design requirements.
2. Develop and test an application based on my design requirements. 
3. Assist me in publishing my application to the App and Play stores.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to download test builds to inspect quality of work. Several additional milestones such as publication in the App and Play stores, along with additional infrastructure and analytics work which I inspected personally.
