The user research sparked cross-functional collaboration and strategic discussions across teams, leading to a more holistic approach to customer experience (CX) that aligns usability, brand perception, customer service, and marketing. It also uncovered gaps in customer awareness of key platform benefits, prompting targeted marketing adjustments and reinforcing CX as a central pillar of the company’s competitive strategy. User testing delivered fresh insights and confirmed gaps in our mobile web and e-commerce channels that we had long suspected. Etnetera provided clear, actionable guidance on how to address them.

Etnetera has been well aligned with the project’s organization and actively contributes to its ongoing improvement.

Through user research and workshops, we gained a deeper understanding of our thoughts and needs and realized that a mobile app isn’t what we need.

The scope of work was to create a mobile application for an Android and an iOS platform written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and Swift with SwiftUI and the latest technologies. So we created a timeline with a few milestones, first one was the ability to make an order with payment on the delivery, the second one was the biggest and it was to enable internal testing with almost all functionalities, the third one was final touches for friends and family testing and the last one was final touches with bugfixes and go-live release.

The project management was divided between both sides not only Etnetera Flow, there were a few hiccups but we were able to come up with a solution to be able to deliver on time. They were proactive in identifying and solving issues.
