We usually hear back from them within 15 minutes to an hour. We also communicate through email and phone calls. I communicate with a few different people on their team depending on the project. I have one main point of contact, but I’ve talked with other two team members as well. When they assign a project, it’s usually that person that’s dedicated to the project that I talk to.
