Red Graphic has been providing ongoing support with all of our creative/design work. This encompasses our website, landing pages, video content, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

Red Graphic was recommended by a partner of ours. They were extremely responsive, had a great portfolio, and demonstrated incredible attention to detail.

Red Graphic has been almost an extension of our Marketing Team. For anything that we needed from a design perspective, we've leveraged Red Graphic to accomplish the task (i.e. website, landing pages, video content, brochures, and other marketing collateral).

They have a diverse pool of talent and have brought in experts based on the business needs at hand. We've worked directly with the Founder, their lead Designer, as well as various project coordinators and analysts.

They are an incredible group of very talented designers and digital strategy experts. Feel free to go to our website www.cloudmasonry.com to see what they've been able to put together for my team. Everything on our website, outside of the copy, was developed by Red Graphic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. They are incredibly responsive and when I needed to hit a deadline, they moved heaven and earth to make sure it happened.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away at how Red Graphic could take just a few concepts and the type of emotion/sentiment I wanted my customers to feel when they interacted with CloudMasonry's brand/content...and come back with an aesthetic that matched exactly what I had envisioned in my head. Their lead designer is a creative genius, and the team of designers that support him all share that quality as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like them to implement a better project-tracking process. They always get the job done on time with quality and at a price point that works for all parties, however, sometimes it's hard to see exactly at what stage we are with all of our various projects (we are leveraging them for many).

I’ve discovered a passion for ceramics, so I decided to open my own studio. That’s where I faced the need for visual identity. Something to reflect the heartfelt spirit of my studio.

I worked in this agency for many years, I knew the designers, knew their work, so, it was my first choice.

We went through the briefing stage, I shared my vision and hopes. They got me completely and came up with the logo, window design, business cards, social media assets & few more visual elements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They made my brand a subject for a continuous flow of compliments. It catches the eyes of anyone passing by. It also gives me creative freedom in terms of further use in my work, like putting it on pots & vases. I love every bit of it.

We regularly communicated via e-mail and google.meet, they have implemented all the feedback I gave shortly. We shared the same vision through the whole project and communication ran smoothly.

Attention to details, quality & vision - it's a pleasure to work with like-minded people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't think of any, it was a good experience to be on a client side.

I'm CEO of an Independent electronic design house company. The company is RnD in electronic and embedded software.

We did a new product and we hire RedGraphic for web development of the product website, branding of the product, and marketing materials.

After a series of agreement meetings website USB2IO.com was done, then branding was done (design of the box, labels, logos, and others). RedGraphic negotiated with the factory (box, labels) materials, and so on. During product design, RedGraphic was supporting us with brand design.

In total, we have 2-3 employees working with us. 1 manager and 2 developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product website and brand were designed. Product successfully placed on the market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project was quite simple to do, there were no big communication loops needed - so was easy to build. Branding was also done without issues and with minimal communication - was easy to communicate over mail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company shows their good skills in brand design, and box design (enclosure for our product).

Be more involved into customer's technology or product.

Effective. We used a combination of messenger app and zoom calls to ensure that that we were in Synch.

Great creative thinking and a deep understanding of our business needs based on carefully crafted collaboration.
