I’m a direct response copywriter and consultant. I help small businesses craft new product ideas, promotions, and campaigns to help increase customer acquisition and retention.

What challenge were you trying to address with All My Web Needs?

I couldn’t build a website. So, initially, I needed someone who knew how to design and integrate and do it correctly. I’ve been working with them since I first brought them on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When I first started working with them, they built my website from scratch. They developed it with membership functionalities. All My Web Needs set up the servers and payment portals and built the infrastructure for us to be able to sustain those memberships. 

Since then, they’ve worked with me and my clients, also building websites from scratch. The team provides all of the designs. They also have a content development team that provides great ideas. 

What is the team composition?

I usually work with 3–4 teammates including Brandon (Owner & Founder), Cory (Creative Director), Alex (Marketing Director), and Larry (Programming Director). 

How did you come to work with All My Web Needs?

I was introduced to Brandon by a friend of mine. Brandon and I are now good friends. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $50,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with them on and off since about May 2014.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The first website they built allowed us to have an online asset that brought in about 13,000 members. They provided strong technology that allowed us to sustain a large number of memberships. 

How did All My Web Needs perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve worked with other agencies and, hands-down, All My Web Needs has the best internal system. There are no holes in their processes or customer service. They’re fast to respond and very personable. Even though he’s the owner, Brandon will drop everything to help the clients. 

Everyone on the team is that way. They’re humble, down-to-earth people who are committed to helping others.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is extremely friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Their designers are also incredibly talented. The level of service and quality of work you get for the price you pay is outstanding. You can’t get that anywhere else.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind right away. I’ve learned so much from Brandon and his team. That said, maybe they can set up more automation as far as acquiring new clients. Other than that, they are amazing.

All My Web Needs had been recommended to me by several colleagues. We then scheduled a session with Brandon Howard to discuss my objectives for the project, brainstorm on solutions and determine budget and timeframe. We had vetted 3 other agencies before speaking with Brandon, but was so impressed with the personal approach that AMWN's takes with their clients that the decision was clear.

We've worked with All My Web Needs on several projects over several years. One project specifically was for the design of an event information and registration page that would integrate with our existing website. The urgency for this particular project was that we needed to get the site function and ready to receive registrations within a very short timeframe. The team at AMWN went into quick action to get our registration page built, tested and functional within a very short timeframe - just over 48 hours. The process of development was 1.) vetting and brainstorming session 2.) budget, scope & timeframe discussion & agreement 3.) provided the team with documentation, photos, etc. 4.) received a test site in the first 24 hours with helpful instructions on how to "kick the tires" 5.) worked through cycle of edits - very responsive 6.) final site was active and ready to receive registrations.

The process of development of our project with All My Web Needs was 1.) vetting and brainstorming session with our key decision makers and creative solutions specialists at AMWN, 2.) budget, scope & timeframe discussions to ensure that we all had a common understanding and expectations of the project requirements and outcomes 3.) we provided the AMWN team with collateral materials, documentation, photos, etc. 4.) we received notification that test site was available for our initial review and critique in the first 24 hours. 5.) we worked through cycle of edits - very quickly. The team at AMWN's is very responsive 6.) As the last step in the process, we received notice that the site had been finalized, published was ready to receive registrations.

We’re Tri-Star Moving, and I’m the office and sales manager. We’re a moving company that also offers packing services as well as unload-only services for local and long-distance. I mainly deal with our website, quotes, and estimates.

All My Web Needs designed our website using WordPress. They also established and handled our Google AdWords services. We didn’t know much about how Google advertising, but they taught us a lot. Their team integrated our CRM system and QuickBooks within our website. Now, everything is a one-stop-shop and easier for us to get into.

We had a brief issue with Google where our listing was completely deleted. Our company stopped working with All My Web Needs for a short while until that issue was fixed. However, since then we’ve been in full swing with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re extremely satisfied with them — but the word extremely doesn’t even begin to cover it. They’ve made my day and job a lot easier. The website looks great. It’s very user-friendly, and we’ve never gotten any feedback from our customers saying they’ve had trouble navigating it.

All My Web Needs’ knowledge of Google, web design, and marketing in Nashville is really good, and they know all the ins and outs.

How did All My Web Needs perform from a project management standpoint?

They keep us updated on everything and check in every couple of days. Their team makes sure we’re in the loop and keep our anxiety at bay. All My Web Needs is very good at following up and making sure all of our needs are met, which is why they’re named what they’re named.

All My Web Needs is very personable. They’re quick to respond, and their availability is amazing. This is important to us because they quickly address any of our dire needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brandon and Alex have been amazing. When our Google listing was deleted, they hung in with us and helped us get back on our feet. They’ve really helped our business grow like wildfire, and we wouldn’t be where we are without them.

No, there aren’t any areas they could improve on. They’ve always met or exceeded my expectations.
