The application connects students, employers, and the career center, fostering collaboration and engagement. Key deliverables were the following:

Northwest agency was really reliable and a quality partner in our project, with all the activities performed on time. Moreover, the communication with their project manager and other team members was at the same time very professional and friendly. They are very responsive and the adaptability to user needs is at a very high level.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From the beginning of our communication and planning of the project, the Northwest Agency really tried to understand the added value of the web application to end users and they helped us create a very user-friendly and easy-to-use innovative web application. Their team members are creative, ready to listen and adapt to the customer's needs, while they are focused on creating quality and modern solutions within defined deadlines.

The expirence with the Northwest Agency as a partner in our project was positive in all aspects.

I am the E-commerce Implementation Manager for a specialty distributor and manufacturer of the most highly sought-after licensed and original collectible products, sustained by a passionate worldwide community that is committed to the lifestyle of collecting figural art.

As part of a new business initiative, we hired Northwest Agency to convert our static mock-ups into functional WordPress sites for a number of niche websites, including our new Art Print program.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After researching several agencies and vendors, we decided to go with Northwest Agency because of their highly competitive pricing, flexibility on timelines and ability to have a dedicated team working on our project.

The project was a WordPress theme (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS) used on a multi-site installation. The site included information about the artists, the products, social media integration, etc. The site integrated with our existing account registration, product database and e-commerce engine. Northwest Agency delivered a complete WordPress theme, including a number of admin tools to manage the site's content.

We worked with a project manager and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As this was a new site, we don't have metrics for comparisons. However, this site literally "dropped in" to our existing WordPress multi-site installation with virtually no adjustments necessary. Our team was immediately able to start using the back-end tools and were populating the site with content within 24-48 hours.

Both management and individual developers were extremely communicative, giving us updates every few days. They were also very responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire project. We communicated exclusively through email, after an initial video conference to kick-off the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Northwest Agency is one of the most flexible and responsive agencies we've ever worked with. Combined with their fair and competitive pricing, I would recommend them to anyone looking for web design and development work. Even when timelines shifted, due to us focusing on other projects at times, the Northwest Agency team was able to shift with us and complete the project on our timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no.

Northwest Agency is collaboration friendly and well organized. We were added as a user to an online project management platform. This platform provides an easy way to manage team projects, tasks and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thier PSD (Photoshop Document) to Website capability is impressive. As a creative agency, it is very important that the proof we show our clients prior to development looks exactly the same once the project is launched on the production server. They created pixel-perfect websites from PSD.
