They completed development of the Project Management interface. Our time was limited, so they didn't have the time to work on the UI for Inventory Management. However, their work provided the inspiration I needed to improve the rest of the application on my own.

Communication was excellent. We used both Asana and Email to keep track of app development. They responded very quickly they delivered everything on time, and there were almost no revisions. They delivered perfect results on the first try almost every time.

Communication is definitely their strongest suit. ZeroQode asked the right questions and kept asking them until they fully understood what I needed. Additionally, they communicated seamlessly through both email and Asana. The Project Manager, Shushanik, ensured that any comments, notes, etc., discussed via email reached her team via Asana, and the team was very quick to acknowledge receipt and indicate they had started working on it. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zeroqode could have done differently?

In regard to design, they are too strict with their design philosophy. Their work resembles their plugins and website too much, so it doesn't stand out as unique for my application.

They also helped us implement a clean new UI and managed domain, email, and SendGrid integration.

3. Stripe Integration & Functionality Testing: Successfully connected Stripe for three monetization models (subscriptions, Pay-Per-Use, and extended consults). Test transactions completed without errors.
4. Agora integration enabled seamless, secure, real-time video calls between clinicians and expert dermatologists. 
5. Admin Functionality & Control. Built a powerful admin panel enabling the founder to manually assign “on trial” users, adjust expert rates, and manage users — eliminating the need for manual backend work or dev involvement post-launch.

We started with a clear MVP scope and timeline, and not only did they meet every milestone, but they also managed to stay ahead of schedule while still incorporating several mid-project enhancements without missing a beat.

Their lead project manager, Katya, was a true partner! incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in keeping the project on track. She regularly anticipated potential roadblocks, provided practical solutions, and kept me updated with weekly demos, Slack communication, and Asana tracking. Any feedback I gave was quickly acknowledged and incorporated, and she made me feel heard and supported throughout the build.

Overall, they delivered a complex healthcare product on time, on budget, and with attention to both technical execution and user experience , something that’s rare in early-stage MVP builds.

Zeroqode was tasked with refining the scope of the MVP, confirming key integration choices to enable feature functionality defined by the scope of work, project management, assistance with UX/UI, testing and deployment to go-live. We knew already that we would be utilizing Bubble for the sake of speed to deployment, cost and ability for the Founder to make small tweaks after deployment without requiring a development team at every turn.

Zeroqode was successful in developing the entire MVP, including the 4 key features we were looking to gain feedback on. 

Zeroqode was MOSTLY successful in getting the MVP deployed and in market. As with everything related to software development, there are things that take longer than expected. This was true in this case as well, but the Founders of Zeroqode stepped in to ensure roadblocks and hurdles were removed, resulting in just a 2 week delay from our planned date.

The project management aspect was straightforward and helpful. Our project manager was responsive, and able to keep our team and their team moving forward with the right questions asked at the right time! All project management was completed using Asana, Slack and Loom.

If you're building in Bubble, this shop really does have the expertise and speed to make your vision come to life. Though they are physically located 6 hours ahead of us, (East Coast, USA) they were responsive during the first half of the day (and often later) during US business hours.

I'm sure there's always room for improvement. But, again, I've product managed enough software builds to have had the right scope and expectations going into this. So, overall, we're very pleased and would like to use them again.

Brief was to build a marketing site for a new global dining club Orators. Site had to be done to a very high standard in terms of UI/UX, with many custom compenents and design details - essentuial as this is a luxury business. The site enables the user to understand the broader offering through mixed media and allows users to go through a highly customised sign up journey that includes video interviews & referrals. Additionally there is a backend/admin to manage the content of the site, an application review area, including different member statuses and triggerred emails. It also includes triggered payments pages and is integrated with stripe.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site has been well received since launch by customers & partners. It drove signs up on day one, as we started to drive traffic. I have recieved positive comments on the site in particular from 90%+ of people I'm engaging with in my sales process. Really exceptional feedback overall.

By focusing on delivering these core functionalities, Zeroqode enabled Kingdom Growth Engine to quickly enter the market and gather user feedback for further development and iteration.

Zeroqode's project management was overall very positive, especially after overcoming some initial miscommunications. They demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to our needs and deliver a functional MVP by our hard launch date of September 10th. Approximately 80% of the deliverables were completed on time, with the remaining items experiencing minor delays. These delays were primarily attributed to unforeseen circumstances such as team members being off sick, encountering unexpected bugs, needing to consult with external plugin developers, or occasional miscommunications in requirements.

Here are some key observations about their project management:

• Responsiveness: Zeroqode, and Tanya, Daniela and Madalina in particular, were highly responsive to our concerns and feedback, often addressing them promptly even during weekends and late nights. This proactive communication was crucial in keeping the project on track.

Sometimes the performance of the Bubble platform causes issues with the product we are developing, and it is also sometimes hard to predict the costs and timing at the beginning. A bit more documentation about the Bubble platform (which they use) would be helpful at the earlier stages.

Zeroqode has completed all the tasks we've assigned to them. We've seen increased user engagement and a better layout of the forms that end users create. The team has completed complex features, including 120 ensures, layouts, and search features for end users. Zeroqode has also created a complex question layout and a PDF form based on the questions end users have to answer. The team has inputted over 1,000 diagnostic code criteria with percentages from the VA's website.

Zeroqode's project management is really good. The team is responsive and detail-oriented. We communicate through virtual meetings.
