Initially there was a discovery phase that also decided the scope of work. They provided complete end to end design, development, testing and deployment. Their project management was exceptional.

Besides the business owner being very hands on, we worked with a project lead, 5 developers and a team of testers and designers for about 15 persons in total.

The portal works great. We have seen a 100% jump in business since implementation, which is about a month.

I have received very good support from them throughout this phase. Very satisfied.

We primarily used Whatsapp and Zoom to communicate. Their project manager was a certified PMP and managed the project nicely. Everything was delivered on time. No glitches.

While their communication skills are excellent, they did need some help with written English, wherever that was used in the project.

They’re the ones developing our product, and they’ve done a good job so far. We wanted a mobile security system for drivers that would function in areas with poor cellular or internet connectivity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aryavrat helped me create an Android app. We’re currently working on the iOS version. It can detect activity with the vehicle and stream video to the user’s mobile device, as well as give them access to some of the car’s controls, such as the activation of a kill switch. It’s basically a security system for cars. For instance, a user can keep an eye on his vehicle, track the details of a running car, access real-time tracking, and start and stop from the app.

Aryavrat assigned a team of engineers to develop the app. They gave me updates on development and testing. Rashmi (CEO, Aryavrat) was my main point of contact, and I was also in touch with Rajesh (Full-Stack Developer, Aryavrat).

I can get in touch with Rashmi at any time, even outside of working hours. She has a team of engineers, but there’s a time difference, so she handles communication with offshore clients. She actually took the time to talk to me in-person, while we were finishing work on the embedded hardware we’re working on. I consider that unique.

I haven’t had any reasons to complain so far. They delivered everything I required. There were a few miscommunications, but they made the necessary corrections.

The goal was to create an employee performance evaluation software that would allow us to keep track of employee evaluations/verifications and search for candidates based on this information.

Security is a top priority for us because we deal with sensitive personal information. This meant that we needed state-of-the-art encryption. We also needed to create different levels of authorization, which would allow only authorized supervisors to conduct and submit evaluations. There is also the privacy aspect of the candidates/employees authorizing companies to view their records. 

The ultimate goal was to create a product that we can sell and scale.

How did you select this vendor?

The CEO of Aryavrat Infotech Inc. reached out to offer their services. I was a little skeptical at first as I didn't know her. We decided to meet for coffee and discuss the project. She willingly signed a confidentiality, which was a plus. At that first meeting, she gave us the tech perspective of what we were trying to create. She laid out the option of working with her US-based team or India-based team.

We scheduled a second meeting, and she gave me a full breakdown of the cost and timeline expected. As a startup, the cost was extremely important. I took this information and reviewed it before our third meeting. By the third meeting, it was a no-brainer; they were the best option.

They designed, developed, and configured our employee performance evaluation solution. They took our algorithm and sent us a workflow to approve. They then took that workflow and prototyped the platform. After we approved the prototype, they completed it and created a software solution that we could actually sell.

I worked directly with the project manager. I was able to explain to him what I wanted or if anything needed to change. However, their developers would always send me any questions they had directly. This was perfect because I was able to understand the problem directly from the person who discovered it. This definitely solved the issues with miscommunication that we were expecting but didn't have.

We now actually have a service to offer. This project is the reason my company exist.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team met our deadlines even when it seemed impossible. They offer DeskTrack free of cost, which allowed me to keep track of my team remotely. This meant I could track the productivity of each team member to make sure I was getting my money's worth. They truly made establishing a remote team a breeze.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m impressed with their initiative, effectiveness, and communication. When I noticed that their developers were putting the same effort and thought into the project that I was, I felt better. During the development, they brought up so many issues that we would never have seen and challenged us to think critically about what we were creating. 

These same issues came up in the future, but, thanks to their developers, the solutions were already in place. I knew I could trust them to have my customers in mind while they created the product. When I send them a new list of tasks, they effectively complete each one. I was skeptical about communication because of the time difference, but I barely realize it while working with them. They answer my questions any time of day.

They deliver app with web platform on AWS and also solved the AI complex algorithm which we require as our unique feature. They setup our AWS server, implement security firewalls on it and then make releases on it. They are also helping us with beta testing.

Currently, we serve roughly 15 internal users, and they have provided excellent feedback. They did a great job in managing AI algorithms, implementing complex logics. It's a lot better and quite similar to what we had in mind. They delivered the platform and currently helping in implementing feed backs.

 They have given us in between suggestions also helping us to improve on our thoughts. They are just not developers , they are the team who believe in what they do. There are sometimes bumpy road but they handled it wellbut overall it works great and does what we want it to.

I frequently speak with the engineers, project managers, and QA team, and we utilize Jira to facilitate communication. Working with them is a breeze because of their excellent responsiveness. They care about you.

Their project coordinator constantly follows up with us after a sprint. They make sure that I should be satisfied. Everything has been wonderful. The crew is solid, and they've generally been a pleasure to work with. 

They are really meticulous; therefore, they discovered several minor logical flaws that I would have overlooked. They early on considered all the details that can hurt an application. They did a terrific job of anticipating such issues rather than spending a lot of time developing something before realizing there was a problem.
