I am the CEO of an educational institution. We prepare student for college admission in the US. Our students are located across the globe.

Aryavrat Infotech Inc. was hired for educational app development services. The key project steps in generating the best Portal for mobile websites and apps, including designing, development, testing, and deployment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We look into past project done by this vendor. We talk with few companies where projects were done. We were very statisfied with answers and Aryavrat shine and outpace others in selection. It was tough selection process.

Aryavrat build mobile app for our students, which was helpful platform, which increased efficiency of our students to easy access all material, study, get feedback etc. Technologies used were iOS, Android etc.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

10+ people worked on our project, including Project Manager. CEO Rashmi was very active and was in most of our meeting. Entire team looked great detail in project and did great job.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been working with Aryavrat Infotech for a little more than a year now. I was extremely impressed by the way that they were able to understand the concept for my app, which is a very unique one. Her team designed the app very well and they delivered all deliverables well ahead of time. The thought for the app was in my mind for a while and I had approached quite a few developers before I came in contact with Aryavrat Infotech.

None of the others were able to make me feel as confident. Not only did they do a good job, but the team also continues to support me as we have now reached the sales and marketing phase. I expect to have a long working relationship with Aryavrat Infotech.

We have used WebEx, Zoom video calls, email etc. Biweekly we use to have calls. Every 2nd day we use to get summary report from Program Manager. It went very smooth and on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very talented engineers and committed to timelines. Everyone was very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to solve complex problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't see any area. Everything went well.

I'm extending your contract for 1.5 Years to keep our quality, skills, deliveries, commitment, availablity and time flexiablity.

Extend Our developemnt team.

Aryavrat offered me 1 week trial on $300 USD to test skills, quality, commitments, deliveries . In case, I will not satisfy with developers then they will replace developed on immediate basis. Still , I have any concern then they will submit work with proper understanding and refund money also.

As working with Aryavrat, I got a skills team who is working dedicately for me and i saved lot of additional expensives like infracture, convese, travel, etc. The management team is always supportive, keeping a detailed watch on everything.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They have assigned the developers and project coordinator also. We have scheduled daily standup meetings and assign task via trello or Jira. Assigned team & coordinator were skilled and working for quality work delivery on-time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quality, Skills, Commitment, Flexiablity, Availablity and coorporative Management.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have to use more tools to make process easy and save lot of time in the communications, understanding etc.

I’ve rejected most of the development firms that have tried to win my business. I made sure Aryavrat Infotech Inc. was willing to work following my development model to ensure they were quality developers. The cost was also reasonable.

We haven’t brought in revenue generating the features live yet, but in a few months, I think it will be apparent that Aryavrat Infotech Inc. has contributed to a fantastic solution in my industry.

I prefer to run project management myself because it is part of my background. The developers are easy to work with, following given timelines and adjusting when needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Aryavrat Infotech delivers high-quality code at a fair price. Finding that in the software development industry is rare. They’ve earned my trust, which isn’t easy to do.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wanted to see their pace of development increase, so I shared that with them. They were responsive to my request, adding more developers to their staff.

I was looking for reasonably-priced and quality vendors. I run tests to vet all vendors, making sure they meet my criteria. Less than 5% of firms meet this.

What was the team composition?

We started with a single junior/mid-level developer with mentorship from a senior employee. We added mobile developers and two other mid to senior developers to our team.

Aryavrat Infotech Inc. delivered friendly functionalities for my app, along with payment functions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was effective. They attend my scrum meetings where we discuss progress daily.

They deliver slowly, but when I ask them to provide faster, they do.
