HQ was charged with undertaking a complete redesign of Revere Health's public facing website. The project phases included:

- Site design, including the look and feel of the site and the navigation structure

- Front-end Development

- Back-end Development

- Content Integration and Quality Assurance

The site was launched on time and to a great reception by both external users and internal users. We have continued to work with HQ for site maintenance and continued developement, constantly enhancing the site to respond to feedback and evolving website trends.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of the key outcomes that demonstrate the website's success:

- Since it's launch, the website has never been down. Previously, our website regulary crashed for a day at a time. This is crucial since patients go to our site to schedule appointments, pay bills, and find new providers.

- Website load time:  Since the site's launch, the site's load speed is 20% faster. This has helped SEO and the overall user experience.

- Our mobile application was also dramatically improved. This is extremely important since some 60% of visitors to the site access it through mobile devices.

The HQ team was extremely responsive to our requests and needs, and under a very tight timeframe, launched the website on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's expertise and responsiveness were superb. Their experience developing and launching healthcare-related sites was extremely valuable in our case. We continue to look to and depend on them as we evaluate and improve our website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HQ could have done differently?

The cost of the site turned out to be considerably more than the orignal quote, but there were a lot of variables on our end that contributed to this. Overall, the cost was more than justified with the final product.

HQ provided UI/UX design for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications. They provided all necessary graphical assets for the various mobile and web applications we involved them with. They also provided expertise and consulting in the latest UI and design trends in mobile and web.

We needed some branding, web design, and web development for our website. We worked with HQ to custom design our website and build out using Webflow

A working website and multiple functioning CMS sites.

The HQ team was very responsive with little communication needed. The deliverables were often better than expected and response time were very fast.

Their skill. Especially their branding and design. They know how to take complex concepts and communicate them visually. They just get it.

Perhaps communicate timelines and responsibilities a little more clearly up front. Overall, the process went very smoothly.
