We had an excellent working relationship with InnoSource Technology.  They followed their project timelines and if something came up, they communicated with us immediately. Their prototypes were excellent and they incorporated all of our critical points. Once we selected a prototype, they stayed in communication with us during the development and were very responsive when we needed to make any last minute changes.

It might be helpful to have a native English speaker on staff, but the fact that English was their second language did not inhibit our working relationship.

I’m the CEO of a pet apparel and supplies manufacturing company. We’re a family-owned business based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InnoSource Technology built us an e-commerce website from scratch using WordPress. They took care of the development and design of the site, including all of its modules and content. Initially, they asked us for information about our so that they could add them to the site and create the keywords.

Additionally, their team has helped us with our digital marketing needs. This involves creating our Google and Facebook Ads and optimizing our listings. They’re also in charge of maintaining our website and training us on how to manage it ourselves.

We’ve been in contact with two people from their team. Whenever they work on the design, they have someone else come in; but we’ve never been in contact with that person.

My brother-in-law found their company on Google and recommended them to me.

We started working with them in July 2021, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

We’ve received positive feedback about the website; its design is perfect. Additionally, the advertising efforts that they’re doing we are doing have helped get as many customers as possible to engage with our website. We’ve also gained profits, but we aren’t focused on that at the moment.

There haven’t been any problems in this area. We are very happy with the communication — whenever we have any questions, they respond to us right away. We use Zoom and WhatsApp to communicate.

When we were doing our research, we saw many companies, but InnoSource Technology had a mix of things that we liked: cost, customer service, and expertise. Overall, they’re a one-stop shop for all our website and digital marketing needs.

I can’t think of anything at this time.

Be honest and give them all the information they need for your project. In a nutshell: the more information you give, the easier it is for them.

We did several meeting before to start the project were we explained all the feature of the project. They provide us different price list with different technologies and they helped us to choose the best. After we started to work every week they relaese a couple of update so that we could remain up-to-date with the development. In 3 monthes they ended all the work perfectly. We used Swift Ui and php for backend

After the release we started a huge beta testing with passionate about finance .

They are really human and understandable, it was my first startup and I didn’t have any kind of experience in technical fields. Both the project manager and CTO were avaiable 24/24h to answer al my doubt and questions.

I was impressed by the backend structure. It was a really complex project and they did an amazing job. I was also impressed by the availability of the project manager.

We needed help with web design.

I initially had a rough idea, so I let InnoSource Technology know what I wanted the website to have. As we worked on it, they updated me throughout the process. I’d let them know any changes I wanted, and they’d applied them. For example, if I wanted something in lowercase rather than in capitals, they’d do it.

I worked directly with one person, but they had a team of three people.

How did you come to work with InnoSource Technology?

I found them through Google; they seemed reliable. After a few searches, I decided to go with them; it’s hard to know who to trust in this field, but I got the impression that they were good at their job.

I spent around £6,000 (approximately $7,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from September–October 2022. Everything has been finalized.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We live in a world where we don’t always get what we’re promised, but InnoSource Technology delivered exactly what I wanted, and the quality was excellent. The website looks good and is in high definition. I haven’t been able to take advantage of my excitement fully, but I’ll be using the site soon. I can’t wait to have it up and running.

All in all, they were better than I’d anticipated. They exceeded my expectations and did the project quickly and amazingly. Also, they were patient with me, and it was honestly an incredible experience.

How did InnoSource Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was excellent. They quickly applied any changes I asked them for. One time, there was a small gap in contact due to a family emergency on their side, but they apologized, and it was totally fine. In turn, they overcompensated by being nicer and kinder for the rest of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Although I communicated with one person during the engagement, they were a well-equipped crew. I can see them getting bigger, and their reputation is already spreading for a good reason. I even heard from a family member that InnoSource Technology designed a big project for them, and it was a great success.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there was nothing to improve in my eyes. I was happy with what they did.

I can speak highly of them, but it’s up to people to try them out. I’d recommend InnoSource Technology to anyone who could use their services.

Starting this business was something I wanted to do a long time ago and there are many reasons why I wanted to do this. I have a huge passion for jewellery but that only is not the reason why I started this Journey.

I used to pick the most unique, elegant, dainty necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Stack them up and layer them to perfection that so many people would ask about them.
