I am the Founder of pay-per-click agency Aquire.

We collaborated with KTM Agency on branding, communication strategy, web design and development.

How did you select this vendor?

Our goals were to get professional web design and comprehensive branding services for our current company in the present, which would allow us to attract more clients and create a new positioning in the market, as well as get a permanent branding service provider for our clients in the future.

We compared different companies, but what attracted us to KTM Agency was the really detailed project approach, responsiveness, speed and professional communication. We couldn't agree more that these are the perfect partners.

It all started with a detailed interview and a detailed brief that included an understanding of all the details of our business, our core values and goals, future development plans and inspirations. This process alone was very valuable to us. The next step was comparing the brands and inspirations we liked, to determine our core positioning.

In the next step, after a detailed analysis of the information we received and the competitors, the KTM Agency specialists provided us with 3 options for the overall branding and communication concept in a digital environment. After choosing the key direction we worked on the product details until we had all the brand elements we needed as well as the design of the website pages.

Throughout the entire process, we interacted with the Head of Design KTM Agency and the main developer.

The main strength of KTM Agency is the ability to find and create unique ideas based on which they create a strong brand and a working product that revitalizes the business, allows for new positioning and attracts new customers. This is what has allowed us to make a big leap forward.

They are always on call very responsive to any questions or comments. Whenever I contacted them, I got a response almost immediately. With them, you won't feel left out and you'll always be aware of everything that's going on. Several times we have used Loom to make comments on the product more effective. Great service and communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's what I said above — they have unique ideas, which they can transform into a professional working brand and product. That, plus the brilliant and fast communication, leaves a great impression.
