I’m the senior executive for the marketing team at CloudMoyo. We offer cloud analytics products and contract management services. I handle our company websites and digital marketing efforts.

What challenge were you trying to address with FEELPIXEL?
We wanted to build a new website but didn’t have enough technical staff to support website development initiatives. Our original site was very bulky and had 50–60 pages, so it loaded quite slowly, which created other issues. We wanted to create a lighter website to collate our services into one page, so we engaged FEELPIXEL.
We wanted to represent our brand as a modern, cutting-edge technology company that was simultaneously approachable and accessible. Our goal was for users to visit our website and feel that they could trust our team and technology to meet their needs.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
FEELPIXEL has helped us develop a WordPress website from scratch. First, we briefly described how we wanted to represent our brand online and collaborated with the UI/UX team to plan the new site's layout, design, and content.
Then, the FEELPIXEL development team used Elementor to customize the pages according to our requirements. During the development process, they suggested we categorize our services into four pillars to make our content more accessible to the average user, which we did. Then, they wrote new content for our main pages to make it easier for non-technical users to understand and built animations to make the site more dynamic.
The FEELPIXEL team also organized a photo shoot for our employees to take new headshots for the website, which they uploaded to the site. After that, we worked with them to launch the website in two phases.
Now, they continue to help us with monthly maintenance.

We’ve worked with 5–6 team members from FEELPIXEL, including a content writer, UI/UX designers, and developers.
How did you come to work with FEELPIXEL?
We found FEELPIXEL on Clutch while searching for a local development partner. We reviewed FEELPIXEL’s portfolio, and when we reached out to discuss the project, the team was very engaged and informative, so we moved forward with the partnership.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with FEELPIXEL in May 2022 and launched the site in August 2022, but the partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
FEELPIXEL has provided us with efficient solutions for our issues with our original site. According to our performance reports, the new website loads significantly faster than the original, which has been great for our online presence.
The FEELPIXEL team has also created a much more user-friendly site; our senior leadership team has expressed appreciation for the unique design and engaging graphics showcasing our in-house team.
How did FEELPIXEL perform from a project management standpoint?
FEELIXEL has managed the project well; we’ve been exceptionally pleased with the ease of communication during the requirements gathering stage. The team listened to our goals and built a detailed activity calendar for each development initiative; they provided accurate time estimates.
During the development phase, we met twice weekly via Microsoft Teams and Google Meet to evaluate progress and review upcoming tasks. Then, we shifted to phone calls for the testing phase. We’ve also used WhatsApp as our central communication platform for ad-hoc questions in between meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve been most impressed by the FEELPIXEL design team and their conceptualization process; working with them has been excellent. At the beginning of the project, we had particular asks. The team did a great job visualizing our goals, developing them into requirements, and executing them. They’ve given us exactly what we asked for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
During the project’s final stages, we experienced one lapse in communication, which delayed our timeline. However, since that was the only minor hiccup, I have nothing FEELPIXEL could improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I advise being explicitly clear when outlining the project and developing requirements. Be specific when making suggestions, so the FEELPIXEL team can create what you ask for with minimal back and forth.

first scope of involvement was research. The objective of the project was to take a user first approach for the different stakeholders of the app. This meant identifying the different personas, their pain points, goals and wishlists. We have completed the different design phase UX, UI and Prototype.

What challenge were you trying to address with FEELPIXEL?
We wanted to create a digital experience. We have our presence in terms of the website, and we do have a targeted audience to which we want to cater. Our identity was all over the place, and the website was in bad shape.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
FEELPIXEL helped us better our digital presence and assisted us with the website and other digital touchpoints like social media channels, banners, and posters. They took care of our brand identity, including the colors we should choose and our tone of voice when we present ourselves digitally, whether in emails or on the website. In terms of deliverables, they took care of the designs, our email formats, and how our social media posts would look.
They suggested that wherever our customers looked at any digital touchpoint, there should be some design language, so they proposed the idea of a design language that we were not aware of, and we decided to go ahead with that.
What is the team composition?
There were two people, and a UI designer was involved in accelerating things at the end.
How did you come to work with FEELPIXEL?
We had a WhatsApp group where we posted this requirement, and someone gave us the reference. We chose FEELPIXEL because we spoke to them and liked them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before working with them, there was no consistency in the brand, and after working with them, people started recognizing us more, and we were able to post regularly. We also saw that the conversion was much better — we used to run Facebook ads, but we couldn’t convert. We’ve also had about 20%–25% more people visiting our site and the time spent on it has also increased.
How did FEELPIXEL perform from a project management standpoint?
They used Trello boards to show us which efforts were in progress, and there was an Excel sheet that we maintained as well. The whole project was split into tasks, and we were also comparing against that.
They are real designers, and they believe in the process. They explained that was how they wanted to work with us. We were initially only thinking about the website, but they think broadly about who your customers are and what your business goals are.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They didn’t claim to be experts, and they were very keen on listening and weren’t jumping to conclusions. Their team was interested in knowing our customers and what our vision was. In terms of design, they have good ideas, a good standard, and quality of design.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I was expecting we would be done in three months, but it was a little delayed. Other than that, they were excellent — they added another resource, and they didn’t charge us for that, which was great. They did a fine job for us.

Listen to them and trust their process because it is excellent, and it worked for us.

The project included research in similar fields of event bookings and online learning platforms, followed by brainstorming with HODs on the research and insights collected.Taskflows and user flows were created to ensure the best experience for user interaction. Once the flows were approved, the wireframes were created to visualize the end product. Finally, the visual designs were created after the wireframes were approved by all the HODs.

I loved the other works of FEELPIXEL, they were so clean with their previous work and I have also asked other few clients about them. The review regarding FEELPIXEL was really so appreciating. The way they convinced us for the project and the way they showcased the solutions they can give was really impressive. These factors helped us to decide our vendor.

The major scope of work in this project was re-designing the entire website which was really complicated before this project. The steps included in this project were:- Understanding the Target Audience behavior and then decide the best layouts for the website. Making the website mobile friendly as well. The technology used in this was WordPress, PHP, WhatsApp integration.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 4 people from Team FEELPIXEL. Two people were UX Researchers, and one was UI Designer, and one was a Product Manager. Their co-ordination was really fantastic.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Team FEELPIXEL really gave a fantastic outcomes. We were totally satisfied with their work. They delivered the project in time. They really made the UX and UI so better and it really made it so simple.

They provided a dedicated project manager to handle all the communication and work according to timeline decided. They used to communicate through e-mails, hangouts, and google meets. If required, we used to directly set up a Telecommunication call.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about the company was their culture and the sense of art into design. Their team was so impressive with the first pitch presentation and the ways they provided to completed the project was really so efficient.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would like to suggest to improvise the pace of the work. As they can assign more employees on a project to complete it more sooner.
