Unicorn
A new brand and website for the accountants in London.

Celebration Of Life
Bigger Picture created the Celebration Of Life brand and built their e-commerce driven website. Other pieces of work include brochure and flyer design through to digital marketing and PPC.

Happy Doors
Bespoke E-commerce Store to buy made to measure replacement kitchen doors.

Swiftpak
Swiftpak are wholesale packaging providers based in Berkshire, UK. Their website fell out of line with their brand values so they came to us looking for a website that not only served their existing customers, but promoted their values and services to attract new business. Never shying away from a challenge, we started to collaborate on a new strategy to create a digital experience that would set new standards in packaging websites.
Creative Approach
After several workshops, research and brainstorming sessions, we started to get creative. Using our illustration and animation skills, an opening scene was designed to really make Swiftpak stand out from the crowd. The animation and value proposition makes it super clear to see what Swiftpak offer in just a couple of seconds of viewing time.

Access IS Website
Access IS specialise in image processing, RFID/NFC technology, barcode reading and specialist keyboards. You'll have definitely interacted with their products at some point if you travel. Bigger Picture was approached to take their digital efforts to the next level & create a digital experience that reflects their brand as a true industry leader.
When it comes to a website redesign, data is our friend. Analysing their now old site made it clear that a total rethink was in order. A new sitemap and defined user journeys were put in place. Our discovery sessions uncovered website pain points, all of which could be easily taken care of using our CMS, Alfred. Once we really understood Access IS's brand, audience and objectives, we had all the ingredients to start getting creative.

Happy Kitchens Branding & Website
Happy Kitchens offer kitchen makeovers and bespoke bedroom furniture to make homes happy. When they came to us, their digital presence was well optimised for search engines but lacked engagement. It was clear to us from very early on, the Happy Kitchens personality and quality of work were not being reflected effectively. Driving traffic to a website is fantastic, but if people are not immediately engaged then all SEO efforts are useless.
We spent a lot of time to really understand what makes Happy Kitchens different, empathised with their audience, analysed competition, and created a memorable brand and digital experience that not only attracts visits but builds trust too.

Hampshire Light Brand & Website
Hampshire Light combine the art & science of lighting to create multiple award winning interiors for homes throughout Hampshire. It made sense for them to collaborate with our very own Hampshire based award winning digital design agency to create something their brand & work deserved.
We took the time to understand the Hampshire Light audience, the types of projects they work on, how the services on offer appeal to different people, & how they speak to potential customers. After going through this learning phase, we put a strategy in place for the Hampshire Light brand to shine online.

Happy Doors Website
Happy Doors offer provide to measure replacement kitchen doors. We collaborated to produce a bespoke e-commerce website making ordering replacement doors simple. Some top website features include a door configurator, easy checkout process and slick product refinement.
As an online B2C brand, we knew mobile traffic would outweigh desktop. Every step of the user journey was carefully designed on mobile screens through to desktop. The website design offers clear instruction, useful information and a no-fuss checkout process. Analysing every website in the sector we knew there was an opportunity to stand out with the best, most intuitive door configurator so we paid special attention to the experience in that area to redefine the industry standard.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Celebration of Life offers a nationwide direct cremation service and pre-paid funeral plan for those looking to pay in advance. I am the director of the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bigger Picture, and what were your goals?
- Logo and overall brand re-development
- Ecommerce website design and development
- Leaflet, brochure, and stationery design
- Ongoing Adwords campaign management
- Ongoing website management The goal was to provide a complete brand refresh and evolve our business with an online and modern presence which they have done exceptionally well.
How did you select Bigger Picture and what were the deciding factors?
I was researching online and spoke to Simon on the off chance and he took an immediate understanding of what I was looking for and provided ample help over the phone, even on the basis that I may not be using them.
We then were deciding between Bigger Picture and another company, and although Bigger Picture was slightly higher in cost, it was absolutely worth it for the extra that we gained - being a completely bespoke website.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Bigger Picture team started with the logo rebranding and design - we then moved onto the leaflet design that would be used as a key tool for the overall look and feel for the upcoming website.
The website development started with the design and sign-off of each page. They built the site with our future developments in mind so that we could easily edit things later in the CMS if need be.
Then came the brochure which brought together all of the design aspects we have used throughout into a lovely A4 brochure we use for potential customers.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I think most of their team worked with us at some point or the other. In the early stages, I was speaking a lot with Elliot was their design expert, and an expert he was at that! Simon of course lead the overall progression and gave us valuable advice throughout.
Luke lead the development who was a pleasure to work with and very thorough with his and his team's work. There are people from the team that we have spoken to as well and really everybody was a big help and has been a please to deal with.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Well, they produced us a website that not only generates inquiries but also produces paid orders.
The brochure and leaflets have received many positive comments from customers and have also gained us business - so overall we are very proud of the work they have produced and happy that we chose the right company to do the job.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Simon and I mostly communicate for the initial stage of development, but when it moves across to a specific member of staff who is completing the work then communication would generally be with them directly whilst Simon is there to oversee which we are very pleased with.
Mostly timelines are achieved on time, however as any busy company that has to juggle customers each with their own requirements - understandably some projects take longer than expected.
But overall we are happy with the time things have taken, and to make up for any lost time we have had more than we could ask in return in generosity from Simon and the team - so it is 5/5 stars all round from us.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Simon has found himself an excellent team of people around him who are not only customer friendly and try to go the extra mile for you - they are also excellent and the work they produce.
Having worked with many other developers in the past, it has been an utter breath of fresh air working with the whole Bigger Picture team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I couldn't ask for more from this company, except for the more work that we will be passing to them now and in the future of course!

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and owner of Happy Doors. We have made to measure replacement kitchen doors and are an alternative to providers that would tend to sell a whole kitchen.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bigger Picture?
This is a spin-off from our main business. Traditionally, we would go to local homes and offer complete refurbishing or refitting services. Happy Doors was a new brand where we wanted to sell directly to a much larger, wider audience so people could fit the doors themselves. The challenge was to get a new brand out there and offer a best in class website to make it easy to buy them online.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’d worked with our parent company, Happy Kitchens, designing a brand website and doing SEO and Google Ads. We asked for the same services, as well as a new logo, branding materials. The website they built for us is an e-commerce website with Stripe integrated for payment.
The site uses progressive web app technology, which makes it more like an application while still being a website. It also means it’s search engine friendly and fast, which is something I was really hot on and requested.
What is the team composition?
I speak to four people on their team including the managing director, a lead designer, an SEO lead, and a Google Ads lead.
How did you come to work with Bigger Picture?
They were relatively local and came out on top of either close-by agencies. I liked the look of their reviews and the work they’d done. After speaking to 3-4 other agencies it was clear that Bigger Picture could offer something others couldn’t.
How much have you invested with them?
The original project was about $30,000, and I pay for SEO and Google Ads monthly.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2019. They’re still doing marketing and making changes to that.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My performance indicator was to get the new brand out and drumming up interest, and we’ve gone from nothing to making positive ROI within one year. I couldn’t be happier, and especially with their SEO. For example, if you search for replacing Ikea doors we’ll come up, and that term brings in around 30,000 every month for us.
How did Bigger perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re really good and feel like part of our team, which is one of the reasons I wanted to use them. I always felt like I was in the loop on the project. Their communication was first-class. I have nothing negative to say about this.
I’ll pop into their office to speak with them, but other than that we have phone calls and email conversations. We use a software called ClickUp which allows me to suggest changes or ideas that they can prepare to talk about at our next meeting.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best part was the end-product they created based on an idea alone. It’s super impressive. The time they spent researching competitors and understanding what my audience is looking for helped them do that. They’re much better than anyone in the market, competition-wise. The UX of the site, it’s speed, and it’s payment power beat everything else in the sector.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, I can’t think of any way I’d improve it. I’m sure I could if I was in the industry, but as a kitchen designer, I couldn’t say anything else in terms of improvements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them to do their thing. Let them collaborate if you’re open to your ideas. They’re willing to hold their hands up and tell you if they love something or hate something. Trust them and the work will speak for itself.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for a wholesale packaging supplier for B2B business. I'm the marketing and sales manager.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bigger Picture?
Our digital resources were very weak, and our website wasn't up to scratch. We wanted a site that represented some of our new strategies, and we went to Bigger Picture for help.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bigger Picture spent time to understand what we wanted to achieve. Based on their research of our business and what we stand for, they created the first design. We discussed that design, gave some feedback, and they iterated on our comments. They gave us ideas of ways we could work digitally. It was more of a partnership than a vendor/customer relationship.
They used a Laravel solution and built the whole site from scratch. The team designed the entire CMS system, including the front- and backends. They implemented a waste report and made sure load times were super-fast.
What is the team composition?
I worked with their managing director, a digital strategist, a head of creative, and a digital designer.
How did you come to work with Bigger Picture?
I did a lot of research on different agencies in our region. I had a list of about 15 agencies, which I trimmed down to two potential vendors. Bigger Picture felt like the best fit.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from January-September 2019, and they still support us.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We only recently completed the project, so SEO statistics will take a little time. Our previous analytics were very poor, and now Google Lighthouse scores us much higher. All our numbers are near 100%.
How did Bigger Picture perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was good, and they kept me informed at all times. If things ever went wrong, they were very honest and worked quickly to find solutions. The communication was very good, and they were upfront about everything.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I'm really happy with the outcomes, and I don't think we could have chosen a better agency. We continue to work with them on a retainer, and they will help us with other campaigns in the future, including monthly promotions, creative designs, and SEO.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing springs to mind. They were always transparent, and we could call them at any time to find a solution. They really listened to us, and were very helpful throughout the process.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Hire them. I have no doubt that they will do a great job on any project.

Web Development for Electronic Systems Manufacturer
“They were willing to provide feedback and make recommendations to ensure the project was a success.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a marketing manager at an electronic systems manufacturer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bigger Picture?
We had an outdated website, which was hard to manage and navigate. We were looking for a vendor to develop a new website for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
One of the problems with our old website was that there were no cross links between the searches applied to different markets, so it filtered products depending on the market you were in. The backend also contained a lot of data that was hard to manage. Bigger Picture developed a new website from scratch. They really took it to the next level and created an experience that presented our brand as an industry leader. We have a specific product that fits into many different markets and Bigger Picture was able to illustrate that breadth by the animations on the home page. They used Alfred, which is a frontend and an open-source backend application.
What is the team composition?
I worked with an engineer and a designer.
How did you come to work with Bigger Picture?
We got quotes from three or four different companies and Bigger Picture offered us the rates that were right in the middle. We met with them and we were able to establish a good connection immediately. They understood exactly what we needed, so we decided they'd be a good fit.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about £20,000 (approximately $25,700).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them between July–November 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw an increase in traffic and the feedback from our customers has been very positive. Bigger Picture understood exactly how our products work and how they fit into the market, which helped them meet all of our needs.
How did Bigger Picture perform from a project management standpoint?
They managed the workflow effectively and met all the deadlines. It was a bit of a slow start because we needed to collect all the images of the top, front, and back side of the products from manufacturers. Bigger Picture was easy to work with and let us know when they needed anything from us. We mostly used email and conference calls to stay in touch.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were willing to provide feedback and make recommendations to ensure the project was a success. It's very easy for a vendor to listen to the client and just do what the client tells them, but Bigger Picture would always let us know if we were heading in the wrong direction.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Everything was fantastic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go into the relationship with an open mind. If you have a predetermined image of what your website will look like, that will take away the creativity.

Bigger Picture still hosts our website and provides updates as needed. They respond instantly when any issues arise.
How did Bigger Picture perform from a project management standpoint?
The team was exceptionally organized yet flexible from start to finish. It gave me confidence in their ability to deliver high-quality, customized products. Bigger Picture finished work quickly throughout the process; any delays came from our end. They used a development platform to provide progress updates and prevent miscommunications about work being done. We communicated in person because of our proximity.
